Awesome job. On one hand, I love watching videos like this because they can be very inspiring for my own building. On the other hand they can also be frustrating. I'm getting pretty comfortable with the structural layouts and basic "glitch" build techniques for my bases, I still struggle to find that sweet spot between too cluttered and too empty when it comes to accessorizing my builds.
Wait.... You can build like this in No Mans Sky? I have heard a lot of people say its better now than when it first came out. Maybe I should wipe the dust off it and give it another try. 🤔
@@ironmoondarkwing4190 I love building in F04. With Starfield I am having fun building ships, but I am not building outposts till I'm on my last playthrough. I refuse to take that kind of time and it get wiped out when I go through the Unity. Looks like No Mans Sky deserves another try.
Definitely should give it another try! I love Starfield but I still always go back to No Mans Sky every once in a while to check out a new update and build something. Both games have their pros n cons but I think they’re both great. Depending on when you played it last they added a lot of new things and you can really go all out with base building.
Thanks! The NPC’s are the terminals in the build menu. For example the weapons terminal. You place it, and then if u go up to it you can spawn in the weapons dealer. Pretty sure they just give you missions though, it’s not an actual store
It’s just a build decoration. I can’t remember off the top of my head what category it’s in but you might have to unlock it at the anomaly still. I don’t know what update they came but I had to unlock them since I hadn’t played in a while.
@@MillsBuilds Thanks. BTW, I'm sorry I didn't comment on how beautiful your build is. I got swept up in my desire for those display panels!!! Thanks for the reply and keep up the good work. I subscribed so I'll be watching.
It should still be there, haven’t played NMS in around a month or so but I never deleted the base or anything. Maybe too many people built around it? I’m not sure
@@MillsBuilds not a single base on the planet at all, just message balls saying “amazing build”. Maybe the HG servers didn’t keep the upload due to inactivity. You may need to reupload it from the base computer, if you want to of course. Obviously there’s no obligation to do so, just yapping.
It’s just ambient music from the game. As far as I know it’s not on the NMS OST but just a song that plays while exploring. Here’s a link for it th-cam.com/video/80WOHMVjzic/w-d-xo.htmlsi=SUEYHdpNeRFaL6Rp
@foxmulder7436 perfect 👌 now I don't have to look at a bunch of uncanny valley dead on the inside npcs giving out boring horribly written unintresting side quests that make me want to decommission my existence.
@@foxmulder7436Oh wow so it’s literally a different game you say? Starfield is dogshit, I sadly pre ordered but it was so dogshit. Hopefully Bethesda gives them a No Man’s Sky/Cyberpunk 2077 cure and makes the game good. If not Bethesda than at least the Modding Community.
@@InternetForHomies SF is vastly superior to NMS in plenty areas (combat, ship building, space combat, weapon variety, rpg content with voice acting, graphics and physics, POI variety, POI quality, etc). And yes the original Neon looks obviously considerably better and more detailed than a base build replica.
THIS is beyond Awesome! Well done! This needs to be added to the Featured Portals in the Anomaly so people can visit!
Dude, you need to be doing enviroment design for some indie game project not wasting your talents building in NMS. Absolutely stunning work!
Never have played Starfield. Nevertheless this build in NMS is stunning. I love everything about it. Thumbs UP!!!
As a fellow Street Rat, this is really well done! Thanks for sharing
Sweet! Thanks for watching!
I agree! My fav part is the outdoor seating area overlooking the ocean! ...and then down the stairs into ol' Benny Bayu's apartment!
Epic, i have zero imagination to come anywhere close to that i'm so envious.
Loved Neon City in Starfield. This looks great

Beautiful! Thanks for the glyphs. Appreciate your hard work and attention to detail in this build! Looking forward to seeing it in person!
Sweet! Hope you enjoy the visit
This is so creative!! Thank you for sharing!
Amazing... I can't imagine how long this took.
Fantastic job, man. Mighty inspiring! And the choice of music is genious!
Impressive and inspiring! Awesome build!
Thanks!
This is absolutely beautiful ❤❤❤
I'm just there. Unbelievable, what a piece of art!
Thanks!! Glad you liked it
Base incrível, merece um lugar nos Destacados da Anomalia!
masterpiece
It Beautiful ❤
Fantastic build!
Nice bro
Wait....

Oh, absolutely! I‘m not really good at building myself but I‘ve seen some crazy player bases around. It’s great!
It's also a shared universe/instance across all platforms and gens, so anyone can see something you've built by going to where you built it
@@Todd-_-Umptious interesting, I didn't realize that. That is pretty cool!

A better Neon than the original one.
well done would love to visit.
Portal glyphs are shown at the end of the video, Give it a visit!
@@MillsBuilds Thanks
You could build another neon in starfield this was great
how did you get the NPCs working the shops :O would love that for my neon inspired city. absolutely stellar dude.

I think we're getting new atlantis soon 0_0
lol don’t tempt me.. if there was large waterfalls in the game I definitely would attempt it, but without that it would be hard to resemble it.
Are you using any mods or anything? You can do this is normal game mode? Sick-O mate
Thanks! It’s all vanilla, no mods!
with hdr it looks great on my tv.where can i visit this masterpiece?in game?
Yes you can visit it in game. It’s in the Euclid galaxy and the portal glyphs are at the end of the video. It’s timestamped in the description.
looks better than the actual neon city. lol.
I wouldn't go that far lol. Water looks better tho
THIS needs to be added to the Featured Portals in the Anomaly so people can visit! - @BorgWolf359 -Yup.
Is there anyway to copy this base for my own? That would be amazing! Such a good job
Unfortunately not, at least not that I’m aware of. You can visit it in game and see what was done though and try to replicate it. Thanks though!!
I just recently got into making more complex builds, but how do you make the animated signs that scroll stuff in and out 😯?

You can get those from the base parts computer on the Anomaly. They were added earlier this year when they updated the space station designs.
Oh really? That's awesome, I'll have to check more closely, because I believe I have everything unlocked. Appreciate the replies.
Could you tell me where you get the flashing display panels that look like billboards?
I just unlocked them at the anomaly. I think they were added in a more recent update, it was new to me when I built this.

the irony is it probably works better than the original game ..here u can even dive into the sea
yeah no it does not... Lot smaller, no NPCs, no quests, considerably less details, less buildings and houses etc. Cool build though.
