- The Big 3 Asterisks of Tom Brady's Career*
Heavy is the head that wears the crown, but how much heavier does it get when that crown is tainted? You heard right, Tom Brady is the GOAT. He’s the undisputed king of the NFL, but did he obtain his status as all-mighty ruler through lies and deceit? As Brady surveys his kingdom and observes his loyal subjects, he knows none of these players will ever touch his legacy. Maybe that’s because they aren’t willing to go to the lengths that he went to. Or maybe that’s because they don't want to be part of the same scandals as he was. So the question you have to ask yourself now is… is Tom Brady still deserving of his throne?
In today's video, we look at The 3 Main Major Mysteries of Tom Brady's Career
NFL scandals like the New Orleans Saints' Bountygate scandal, ESPN has covered all. Tuck rule was completely out of his control, spygate is nonsense, and as a Seahawks fan who lost in the SB of the “deflate gate” year, that one has to be the stupidest controversy of all
Free Brady
Thanks Pedro. It’s always nice to see that some people can see through the BS that the NFL often fail to clean up when they are not the actual instigator of it.
The Tuck rule cost the Patriots a game earlier in the season against the Jets
Dam nobody talks about that
A playoff game is worth much more
@@iamth3senate433 right but it proves it was a rule on the books that had noting to do with the pats or brady
Yes it did. Belichick was widely quoted at the time that he knew that the verdict against OAK would’ve been, because they had been on the receiving end of the tuck rule call earlier in the year. If I’m not mistaken, the NFL invoked the tuck rule in only one other game before they got rid of the rule in 2013
@frederickshaibani5655 it had noting to do with them it was on the refs for making the call and nfl for having the rule Raiders beef is with the refs and nfl not the pats and brady
Brady finished the last 2 years of his career (2021-2022) by throwing over 400 passes in the RED ZONE without tossing an INT. That was his last official on field record. He did throw an INT against Dallas in the RED ZONE in that playoff game ending his streak. To go along with that record he threw 89 touchdowns over that period in the RED ZONE. That is totally incredible to do that at ages 43 & 44
Yea Brady is the GOAT for sure
If you lose 45-7, i dont think air pressure was the problem
Facts
Let's NOT forget the Patriots scored MORE in the second half too! Even Andrew Luck admitted they got their butts kicked!
Thank you.
@dacryptkeepeer6836 exactly. Why people could not see through the NFL and ESPNs smoke and mirrors, I don't know.
@@TitanicHorseRacingLover They're Brady Haters! I'm sure they would feel differently if he had won for their team!
If you really want a LEGITIMATE scandal, let's talk "Bounty-Gate!"
🤫🤫🤫
Brady was probably the most disrespected 3 time SB winner, because at that point he was seen as an average quarterback on really good teams that was built on winning games off great defense, a pounding run game and clutch kicking.
The next 3 he won with the Patriots were actually the offense carrying the team.
💯💯 true that
Even the first 3 if you look closely at what Brady did during the regular season you can see that was not just the run game, the defence and clutch kicking. Brady hit his stride during the 3rd season. A lot of people thought Brady was a one hit wonder when they had a not so successful 2nd season with Brady at the helm. It was during the 2nd SB against the Panthers that Brady has put Vinatieri 2 times early in the game to score a FG and he missed both of them. If Vinatieri would have scored on any of the 2 they would have been in the lead at the end of the game. No he botched both of them as a result Brady had to do another late in the game winning drive to position Vinatieri once again and finally have him score what would be the winning field goal. So when you talk to me about clutch kicking give me a break. If Brady do not put them in position three times to finally get one in the end they do not win that game. I don’t understand when people give so much credit for one kick and disregard the 5-10 plays needed (especially if you are deep in your zone) to get in position to actually execute that so precious kick. A lot of people forget that Brady’s offence was pretty devoid of elite talent during the first 6 years until Randy Moss (he was supposedly washed up the Patriots got him for next to nothing) then we got a glimpse of what Brady was capable of once you have next level talent around him. He went 16-0, first unanimous MVP, a NFL QB record of 50 TD and a record that still holds true today 23 TD for a WR by Randy Moss.
How do you carry a defense that holds their opponent to 3 points in the Super Bowl?
He wasn’t even average early in his career. The only year you could even argue he was a game manager was 2001, 2002-2006 he was throwing up Top 5-10 numbers every year and even led the league in a couple categories despite playing with guys who’d be at best a #2 or 3 option on most other teams. Deion Branch and Troy Brown weren’t bad, but nobody was putting them in the same category as Marvin Harrison, Donald Driver, Reggie Wayne, Chad Johnson, Steve Smith, etc.
@@tim.noonanin SB53 by putting up the points that actually won game ..if they had held 3 points and won by that, that's a different story...just lije SB36 oh defense carried bradt..no defense gave up 14 in 5 min to tie game which brady won
"hey Joe Montana what's some advice?"and in the words of the og goat "if you ain't cheating you ain't trying". Every single team bends the rules ever so slightly in every single sport. And only the winners get caught lol

Enough to make a 714 second video about it
Tru that
spygate was in 06 not 07.......
🫨
06-07
None of these things stain Tom Brady‘s Legacy. they’re only bullsh*t excuses his haters use to help them sleep at night. The tuck rule game was the referees following the rulebook. In fact that rule was used against the patriots earlier that season to help the Jets beat them. in regards to deflategate both teams footballs were slightly deflated due to the weather because you know that’s what happens to things that have air pressure in them in those conditions but if you think 1.4 to 1.1 PSI low is why they beat the Colts 45-7 Then you must be Truly insane. And finally in regards to Spygate it’s not illegal to tape those things. It’s just that it’s sort of kind of illegal to do it at certain angles and because of the league being weird about this The Miami Dolphins. New York Jets. Pittsburgh Steelers. Indianapolis Colts. Denver Broncos. Kansas City Chiefs. Cleveland Browns. Oakland Raiders. Dallas Cowboys. New York Giants. Philadelphia Eagles. and New Orleans Saints. Have all had their own run in with spygate. But let’s not bring any of those things up so we have an excuse for why one player destroyed all of our teams for over 20 years.
It’s just so easy to hate on greatness
In regards to Spygate, every team did it, the Patriots were just the only team to be punished for it.
that's not true
Why were they punished so heavily then
@@TheGridironYT because Roger Goodell has a grudge against the Patriots. A year before the Spygate scandal, The Jets got caught filming the Patriots defensive signals and in 2010 the Broncos got caught filming the 49ers practice. Why weren't the Jets and Broncos given the same punishment?
@@andrewburgess-linden9612 Not the only factors the other owners were envious of the Patriots playoffs successes even though a lot of them were employing the same strategies but with far less results than the Patriots. At that time Robert Kraft was very close to Goodell it was a way to create a rift between them and also condemn the Patriots successes. If you have a group of owners pushing on the commissioner since he reports to them he has to take action. The relationship between Kraft and Goodell has never been the same since.
Stop justifying cheating clown 😂😂😂😂
Brady's Pro Career over shadowed just how great he was in Michigan as a 2 year starter. We are lifetime Wolverine fans and Brady inherited a team that lost 32 players to graduation in 1998 and got them to the Citrus Bowl where The Wolverines pulled off an upset win over Arkansas which was a great team. In 1999 Brady took them all the way to the Orange Bowl and his 4 touchdowns passing led the Wolverines to a remarkable upset win over the +17 point favorite Alabama Crimson Tide.
Brady was 19-4 as a starter and Brady took us to upset wins over Wisconsin,Notre Dame,Penn and Ohio State. All games we had no business winning. And keep in mind he inherited a horrible Pats team that was 5-13 under Belichick and after week 2 of the 2001 season where after Brady got his first start took them to a 14-3 record.
💯💯💯
I haven't watched the whole video I'm hoping that you don't actually believe that Tom Brady needed to do anything remotely connected to rigging or any corrupting to become the greatest of all time
We just pointing out his allegations
Fairy boy Brady hid behind refs his entire career
😂😂😂
This is pretty clear Rage bait and it's not a good look. If you put the same amount of energy into your research and your video ideas as you did for your ridiculous description; you would have so much more engagement. That is a visual mess and it's not helping.
Sounds good. I’ll do everything u mentioned here champ
Spygate deflategate Tuck rule
💯
@@TheGridironYT Would you like to put a star stamp in his notebook for being an honour student and remembering everything the teacher said? Even though the teacher has forgotten all the controversies surrounding the legitimacy of deflategate. Especially the part where the NFL has conducted the following year a league wide analysis that was so incriminating for the league that they destroyed every single trace of it upon the recommendation of their legal counsel Jeff Pash. That alone should be enough but there a lot more besides that event that should raise questions in our mind about the validity of that scandal.
Don’t forget the bengals sideline
He also avoided a much better team and QB in his last patriots Super Bowl thanks to a no call in rams vs saints NFCCG.
Tru that call was brutal
🐐
💯🐐
Likeable personality, has some flaws but very good at the game? What is Tom Bradys middle name? Probably no association to the current GOAT QB golden boy that is vilified by most. lol l ollol. Nfl and nba learned that their mega stars have to lose sometimes to make the rig seem believable. See: Joe Montana and Michael Jordan before that.

Definetely 1 of the greatest, tainted with cheating? Not all of it, some 100% others? Tuck to call 😂😂😂, that was a joke before the Brady keyboard warriors start getting deflated 😂😂😂. Someone take my phone & destroy it, suspend me for 4 days on youtube 😂😂😂😂
😂 nah u good
@@TheGridironYT much appreciated star
28-3 was rigged the refs started calling defensive holding penalties left and right for Brady
🫨 not many people saying that
There were only 2 penalties called against Atlanta in the entire 2nd half buddy ~ epic failed comment
The honest truth on paper Tom Brady is the Goat in all honesty he was a really good QB who was extremely lucky in his career and had the greatest coach of all time and benefited from a amazing special teams through his career and a top ten defense throughout his career.
Tru all the stars aligned for him but he prepared himself well
@Inferno41498 Yet he managed to win the SB elsewhere in his first year without the coach, without the defence that he was accustomed to and without the amazing special team. How do you explain that? While the greatest coach, top ten defence and amazing special teams kept on losing without him. Can it be that he is really more than just a really good QB. Side note did you know that during his 2nd year in Tampa on the yearly survey of the NFL players as to who is the best player in the NFL Brady ranked number one. I guess that just demonstrates how much other players value him compared to your “he is a very good QB” quote. If you ask me if Brady is the prototypical athletic QB. No he is not. One thing he is is what it takes to make sure your team is going to win everyday and twice on Sunday. You can look at the QB records and he sits at the top of almost all of them so you want to argue about him just being a very good one instead of being elite, excellent or exceptional. I don’t know what you are trying to sell but I am definitely not buying.
@@TheGridironYT is it possible that he actually aligns the stars to be able to win non-stop? In the same way that he did when he landed in Tampa by recruiting Gronk, Fournette and AB and asking management that they draft or trade players for the O-Line. He takes a cap friendly deal including taking less money to facilitate the recruiting job of the executives. His mere presence incentivize other players to sign up with the Buc’s in hope of a deep playoff run and a possible SB win. Isn’t that more probable than leaving it to pure luck or some bogus alignment of the stars?
You mean thegreatest coach of all time who is an atrocious *.438 winning coach* in 130 games without Brady as his QB.
And did you say he was just a really good QB? Hey Chump every 10 years only 1 QB is named ALL DECADE by 144 football experts and Brady was named All DECADE twice. (2000's & 2010's)
In the first 3 years of the 2020's he led all QB's over 3 years combined in passing TD's ,passing yards and completions at age 43-45
that's sure a lot of luck 🤣
Hey CHUMP how can you be extremely lucky (people who embellish using words are weak) when he has thrown for 4/5 of the top passing games in SB history including #1- 5050 yards and #2- 466 yards?
go back to sleep you extremely LAME casual

Tom Brady is the GOAT of cheating.
😂
What is your proof? Ah ok better luck next time.
@@michelleblanc6377 "proof?" Between himself, the teams he has played for, and the team trying to get him he is the most penalized player for cheating in the history of the NFL. And those are only the times we know about. And you don't think he was caught every time he cheated do you?
@@clintholmes2061 You have no proof. All he was penalized for is deflategate and to enact the suspension they had to resort to using an article from the NFLPA collective agreement to suspend him for 4 games because they could not actually pin him on any kind of foul play. As far as spygate goes it’s on Bill if and only if it’s a real thing because there are so many teams that were caught and not penalized for the exact same behaviour i have seen some list and it’s close to half of teams in the league that were caught doing the exact same thing as the Patriots. Besides shooting your mouth off you have no receipts at all!!!!! None!!!!! Good chance you are not a judge people according to you should be condemned on allegations alone no proofs. Out the window the principle of beyond a shadow of a doubt.
False. You’re obviously very biased against Brady.
