Exploring CRETE with a LOCAL 🇬🇷 (heraklion)
You should travel to the tiny island country of Malta🇲🇹
We want to!! 🥰🤗
I rwcommend Norway: Preikestolen, Kjerag, Hunderfossen Familiepark, Trondheim (Nidarosdomen, Tyholttårnet, Sverresborg museum) Frøya (Froeya): Titran, Hotell Frøya, Mausund, Bogøyvær, RIB tour.
Norway is HIGH on our list. Hoping to make it there soon 🥰
Happy birthday to you, Reyka🎉🎂. I wish you an amazing day as you are. If you don't mind me asking, how old are you?
Thanks so much! 🤗🥰🎉 25 now! Crazy crazy…
Nice, but didn't show much of Heraklion.
For sure. Probably should’ve opened it differently than “this is Heraklion” considering that. Our reasoning during the edit was that we did a lot of activities around Heraklion, like close to it. You headed there soon?
@@WyattandReykaYes I am going there in a few weeks. More than 50 years ago I went to Crete and Santorini and Mykonos and Andros and Ios. It was beautiful. I'm a bit scared now that it has all been Disneyfied. When I went to Santorini I doubt if there were six motor vehicles on the island. You have to get around by mule. I remember the fountain in Heraklion. There were a couple of cafes there that had homemade lemonade and ice cream. Even then I think they were a bit pricey. Went to Rethymnon, Ierapetra, Ag. Nic. Knossos. Of course there was no internet back then.
Write us with how it goes! Curious to hear how it’s changed. Not super disneyfied in our opinion but definitely fun to explore 🥰🤗
