I bought new seals but they are like hard licorice, I'm actually going to fatten them up with some solvent, the ones I've done aren't going well as these seals are just so hard

Is there something non-wood the floor can be replaced with while fixing the body sag and frame rail twist these get due to the wood floor failing and bending down between the frame rails and sides of the body?
