I am sure you understand that I posted this from my own experiences. I am not specifically responsible for Andy Popes' Ribbon Designer. However it is useful to provide comments here as I understand Andy will look on and can make changes as he sees fit. Remember the system is free and he makes it available as a courtesy.
Having said that we also experienced a number of issues; and we eventually worked out how to avoid these problems rather than strictly overcome them
I don't really know what you meant by QAT.

It is a really good tool.save lots of time,but i found a bug.
QAT not work.
for example:
if i only add some custom things in QAT,nothing appear in QAT.
if i only add some custom things in Ribbon,it is work.
if i add some custom thing in Ribbon, and also add some custom thing in QAT,all custom things disappear.
