Concerning "other people's ghosts": Recently they added a new feature. When you play campaign maps in solo-mode, you can click on the name of a player (stop watch icon). Don't click on the eye-icon but on the name itself. This way you can spectate the ghost. It requires club access, though, and does not work on live-servers.
Dude. I have no other way to thank you. I was playing with window borderless on my laptop. I play casually and occasionally so I never thought much of it. I just stopped playing after a while because the frames dropped so frequently.

The fullscreen tip was a lifesaver omgg!! I was playing in windows bordeless and the fps was like 15-20 it was very difficult to play
Nice vid, about Fullscreen you can use alt+enter to switch between modes and make sure it's on exclusive mode, and it's less likely to cause issues during COTD

I personally could find no game performance difference on my system when it comes to Fullscreen and Borderless. Might be a GPU vendor issue specific to Nvidia.
Since I am running a bluetooth controller I can't really say anything about the input lag difference you mentioned.
The 7th point, how do I get the key for the runs (not club edition's case)
Keys are listed in description where I have listed some of known public player keys for the replays. You copy-paste the key. Click on top key icon and paste it. And press check. In the video from 3:29 is being shown how you do it.
