      This workout is amazing, it works everything and has me absolutely melting and my heart rate rocketing. So effective for a short workout but trust me, it doesn’t feel short. I do this workout at least 5-6 times a week, and notice progress every day. Would love more heavy bag workouts please.

    i have been doing this workout for awhile now and its been the best 25mins heavy cardio workout i have tried so far. for someone who was once bodrderline obsese with a change of lifestyle and uses the youtube university for all my training lessons, thank you coach for this free lesson.

    My striking coach taught me something at 2:31 you will see he brings his front leg in and shortens his stance in boxing it's effective but anytime I spar with my coach if I bring that leg in I'm on the ground because he will kick my front let and sweep so just a little tip.

    I like how he added the takedowns to the bag. If your bag is heavy, it can provide a lot of resistance.

    Hello coach! I've been working out with you for over a year and already lose 22 kgs (little more than 48 pounds) and counting! I have a personal request. Since the beginning I've been doing mma workouts and lately started to heavy bag ones. It's great but I wish you share some new MMA heavy bag workouts including ground and pound drills as well.     Biggest thing I’ve found recently, is when you’re moving with the bag, stay loose, the more tense you are, the more gas you use

    This is one of my go-to workouts when I need to burn lots of calories fast. I don't have a bag or gloves, so I grab light hand weights for about a third of the moves. I'm hoping to get to the point where I can hold on to them for the whole routine.

      HASfit on the next one you should replace some of the squats exercises with more sprawls integrated into the combos. I would suggest rounds but I'm a glutton for liking the 25min non stop

      Hi Hasfit!.. super intense, I paused​ the video like 4 times but it was amazing. I was dripped in sweat. Thank you so much for dedicating your time for us, I have been doing your videos for the last 2 years. I think the I need to eat more protein to see muscles definition, I'm 41 year old maybe age also have something to do with it!..     If you find that he's moving too fast and you can't keep up with the movements, just set the video speed to 75%. Bonus: when you're done you've completed a 31 minute, 15 second workout.

    I've worked out on traditional heavy bags th-cam.com/users/postUgkxp9-sf95nqfjey-uyzxUzQ7m9MXRPK1BE a spherical stuffed "wrecking ball" bag, and now this thing. What I like about it is that it has the heft to stay largely in place so I'm not chasing it around. It's tall enough to allow for headshots and body shots, but it's short enough to give an uppercut somewhere to land. I'm very happy so far. Filling it was a bit of a cluster. For top-offs, I've learned that you can screw the supplied nozzle onto any basic plastic water bottle. I can't speak to durability as I've only had it a week.

    When u said 4 that is not a right cross it is a left hook. 1 is a jab 2 is a right cross 3 is a left hook 4 is a right hook.
