hmm... do you mean the ladies in the audience or the two ladies who were fat and got slim in a month?? Ladies are always a lil insecure about LOTS of stuff, fat included XD (I NEED THAT SLIMMING DOWN IN A MONTH TOO! XD)
Asian people actually are at higher risk of disease at a lower weight than other races. So if an Asian is 130 lbs and 5’2, and a African American is 130lbs and 5’2, the Asian has a higher chance of getting heart disease, diabetes, or strokes. This is cause Asians naturally develop less muscles and have a higher body fat percentage than other races. We carry fat on our stomachs.
It’s not really the weight that determine your risk of disease, but the ratio of fat within your body.

Honestly any of those ladies in the beauty crew audience would look fabulous in a bikini as is!
And Dr. Kang is making cellulite out to be this huge health problem when in fact almost everyone has it, and it only affects how you look.
I'm also curious as to when those two ladies will gain the weight back after their transformation. Since they won't be going to the hospital for frequent cellulite treatments, doesn't that mean the cellulite will come back?
I'm all about tips for good skin and healthy habits (those posture exercises were nice), but making mountains out of mole hills to sell expensive treatments and promoting body shame is not cool in my book. All those girls needed was more confidence to achieve their dreams, and there are other ways to gain confidence rather than losing weight.

yuno gasai The reasons why Koreans are focused on weight is because Asians are at a higher risk of heart disease, diabetes, and other obesity related health problems than other groups. It’s because we don’t build muscle as easily. We hold our fat in our stomachs. The World Health Organization has some very unique info about it. Genetically, we just aren’t built the same way as other races.
Martha Marie I did some research on the treatments they used. For the laser treatment, it actually separates the fat and tissue by cutting them. So as long as they don’t gain too much weight. it should last pretty long.
Korea’s unfortunately very look orientated. Your faces are on your resume and for trainees, looks are as much as your singing ability. :( It’s like being a model, confidence wont help them achieve their dreams. Losing weight will.

This is so sad. These girls are all so beautiful and not fat at all. Yet this type of media contributes to make women feel insecure and not like their body, so that they get convinced they are still not good enough and need to buy this and that product
The World Health Organization actually has lower BMI classifications on underweight, healthy, overweight, and obese when it comes to Asians. This is cause we’re at a higher risk of disease at a lower weight.
So while a 23 BMI is healthy for a different race, for Asians, we’re overweight and at the same risk of disease as somebody of a different ethnicity having a 25 bmi.

Fanny Karunia It's possible with an appropriate diet but everyone loses weight differently. Some people have fast metabolism and don't have worry about that while others struggle losing 2kg even though they exercise a lot

This make no sense, you can't possibly lose 13kg in month when your body isn't obese in the first place.
well she had an BMI of 28,5 so losing weight wasn't unhealthy for her
I was overweight before I didn't do any excersice on anything for one month I did a diet that wasn't that strict but was about how reality is and I lost about 16 kg in 1 month even though I wasn't that fit before I started it but if u have the feeling of determination everything is possible ps . I didn't get any tretmeant like her or exersice but I lost all that weight In 1 month so its possible

(in the car): mask, ampoule and fixer: ADALINE THE GOLDEN AGE TRUFFLE MASK, adaline mask fixer
(home night regime): mostly from the brand,MD Promise
I believe these are all local Korean brand and is only available in limited quantity in Asian country, eg. Taiwan.

Sit for more than 3 hours, Wear skinny jeans, Crossing your legs, Can't give up dukbokki while dieting, Like wearing high heels, Repeatedly dieting, Exercising on an empty stomach in the morning, Sleeping with lights on, Walk a lot, Drinking more than 3 cups of coffee a day

Its over working your leg muscles. The doctor said in the beginning that any activity that over work like too much exercise will create cellulite.

Bruh, cellulite has nothing to do with the amount of fat but with the distribution of fat. So that's why "skinny" girls can have it too.
