The lady Prosecutor is one great attorney, she never missed a beat, she’s strong and very smart. Very thorough. I believe her name is Lindsey, she speaks clearly and loud enough to hear her. Love her
She just lost her father this week. No court on Monday because of it. She is still laser focused in court My respect goes out to her.
There are 2. Ms. Smith & Ms. Blake.
LINDSEY BLAKE is a very BRILLIANT CRIMINAL LITIGATOR.
The prosecution's team trial strategy of unravelling the chronology of events INVOLVING THE DEFENDANTS; Lori Cox [Ryan, Vallow] DAYBELL, and lover boy Chad DAYBELL who are clearly CO -CONSPIRATORS ( includes Alex Cox & in my opinion I think Melanie BOUDREAUX Pawlowski; regarding the attempt on Brandon BOUDREAUX) in the serial murders financial/ insurance fraud using their hocus pocus grandiose delusions / Saviour complex, IS EXTREMELY COMPELLING.
And very patient with Zulema that can't just help herself sound as if she has become hyplous at this time😢
Yes, I agree. Her last name is Blake. She is very intelligent, articulate, and patient. She also has a great speaking voice, and she is easy to listen to. She's doing an amazing job, especially since she just lost her father.

This was jaw-dropping testimony, so many questions answered & to actually be able to hear Lori's reactions to the beneficiary changing in real-time.... INCREDIBLE! These texts are GOLD!
Thank God, they had that evidence or that part would have been screwed up by Gibb!

I would be shocked if she's found not guilty....but I was also shocked with the not guilty verdicts for OJ Simpson and Casey Anthony. 🤷🏼♀️
I just hope the jury are able to see what we all see. We have been following it for years and know how it all links and can see the murders unfold in their actions and words. The indictment is very specific about what they need to prove beyond reasonable doubt so I really hope the jury are able to make sense of all the crazy stuff they are hearing.
Anything is possible. Someone may think she's a mom there is just no way or it must have been Chad and she had no idea. You don't know what the jury is thinking until the verdict is read. Think about Casey Anthony, we thought it was a done deal. Everyone knows she killed her child but, she walked away.

I do not understand any of it. And I know if I were on a jury, hearing all of this insanity that reads like a Steven King novel, I'd be pissed that the death penalty had been taken off the table. It's all so sad. Caylee, Tylee, JJ Charles, Tammy, every one of these murder victims were good, innocent and dependant on the people, in one way or another, who's to do list was solely about taking them out of this world. Literally. It's so fkn sad.
Listening to Zulema is making my skin crawl! I told my husband that it's going to take the jury less than an hour to find Lori guilty! This sounds like a science fiction movie. So so very sad! It seems like this group of people has committed some kind of crime!

The text messages alone on Lori’s & Chad’s phones is just about enough to convict both of them. This was all planned for quite some time. I feel so sad about Charles bc he knew something was going on, to the point that he even talked to the Police about Lori, but they didn’t do anything!!
If I was a jury member, I would vote “guilty” on the grounds of the various messages alone. They involve Cult Mom beyond a reasonable doubt. I thought that Detective Nathan Duncan was a calm, knowledgeable and confident witness. His voice was easy on the ear which aided continued concentration. Unlike Zulema whose voice made me cringe.
And don’t forget the COUNTLESS times she said “um”!

The prosecution has done a great job so far. I didn’t think they would. Very methodical. Organized.
I was sure there was no way they’d be able to put across the many relevant details of this case in a way the jury would fully understand the truth. I’m extremely impressed by everything they’ve done so far!
Good grief, I wouldn't be surprised if some of these jurors will need some kind of post trial psychological support.
The secondary trauma is strong in this case. 😢

This is so damming on Lori, with more evidence we are hearing that Charles was working on this relationship with Lori. But Lori didn't care about Charles only the other guy who she later married. So many was murdered cause these two wanted to be together. Such heartache thes two cause. We pray for justice for the lives that was lost.
Needlessly murdered. Poor kids.

Those emails from Charles are gut wrenching and so sad. I hope Charles family feels some ease hearing those. The system failed him though and he is a victim just like Tylee and his son JJ. I hope they are all resting in peace. I hope they all get justice. Charles tried to help Tammy but it sounds like she was manipulated by Chad. 💯🫶😇😇
All of those people are nuts! Lori, Chad, both Melanies, Zulema, Alex......They are seriously off the deep end. That's what happens when you are a religious fanatic -- you lose all commonsense and any grasp of reality. It actually scares me to know that there are people in the world like this.

I think Melanie is a part of Charles crime but started shifting gears and gained fear after Lori moved but I THINK SHE WAS PART of Charles murder.

Hence the incompetence diagnosis. Lori is delusional and doesn't grasp reality. Apparently they brought her back well enough to stand trial, and you saw her freak when the autopsy photos were presented. She should have them plastered on her cell walls.

It sounds manic more than anything. I just hope the judge is keeping a close eye on her because if she is sitting there slowly sliding into one of her delusional states and it's allowed to go on that's going to cause a lot of problems down the line. Regardless of whether she is faking or not if she needs another evaluation he better be ordering it quick. It's in the interest of a proper trial and justice to nip that situation in the bud.
I imagine the jurors are asking themselves what kind of wackiness they have signed up for after hearing Melanie G and especially Zulema😂

Oh my how all of Lori's enablers sounds so soft and meek on the stand.
This case is like a bad novel.. Chad is clearly a dumb-bell when discovering Lori is not the beneficiary. His email to Lori, It seems, "It's seems you would have had to agree to the change." Chad is not too bright. The holder of Life Insurance does not need agreement from Lori for this change.
It depends on the state you live in. Some states require a approval if the beneficiary is other than a spouse.

If prosecutor Smith and the woman she is interviewing says “um” one more time I’m going to scream! It was so much easier listening to Detective Duncan and the lead prosecutor at the beginning of the day. Both were articulate, clear, and to the point.

I live in Idaho but originally I'm from Arizona. There weren't many LDS people, there were so few that we just called them Mormon. So I'm kind of surprised there are so many LDS people in Gilbert.
There are a lot of LDS people here in Southeast Idaho and while their beliefs aren't for me they aren't like this weird sect at all.
Thank you. These weird sect beliefs are the reason I often shake my head and say "this is why people think we're a cult. Please just leave the church at start your own." These people are few and far between but they make the news for the worst possible reasons. By the way, Gilbert has a huge LDS population. I grew up in Maryland, so even though I am a member (who now lives in IF), I still say mormon bc there were so few other Mormons around me.

I believe that the man who kidnapped Elizabeth Smart was at one point in good standing in the Mormon church, even preforming in plays in the Salt Lake Temple. The repeated questioning regarding Lori finding out about not being beneficiary on that Life insurance policy until after Charles’s death seems to negate Mel Gs testimony that Lori knew it was changed prior to his death. Money is part of the motive for these murders..Melanie was a bit wish washy and forgetful with a lot of her (non)answers on the stand.
@@Mataylor17 They clarified it several times, and she still said Lori knew before Charles died. She totally perjured herself and I hope they charge her for it. She was in cahoots with them up to her eyeballs.

Minor point but it matters to me. Language is important - Charles did not "pass away" he died. JJ and Tylee also died - they did not pass away.
Many people refer to it as passing away. I do. I'm sure it means the same thing. But in this case it should be called "m*rdered"
Sharon Pendleton THE lady prosecutor is Lindsey Blake she is very good about speaking clearly and loud enough that we have no trouble hearing her. Not sure if you heard that Lindsey Blake is the reason that the one day court ended early. She had emergency in her family. I heard latter that her father passed away.
Visited by heavenly beings. Conversations with Jesus Christ. Angels putting names in the computer. I wouldn't be surprised that those ''temples'' are always packed full of manipulated and gullible followers? And their children too? Just unreal. Sad stuff.
Zulema seems almost childlike..fragile and extremely gullible. I used to reserve those attributes to Mel Gibb for being so naive, but I think Zulema actually is more naive and gullible than Mel G..

This prosecutor…she’s good. She has to ask these insane freaking questions with a straight face. I’d just be saying, “WTF if wrong with you? And you? And you? WTF.” These people are all nuts.
I hope and pray this woman never see another day of peace ,freedom or security ever again .She dont deserve it . She felt like and took it up on herself to take it away from her kids plus right along with their lives . So I hope she never sees the day of lite ever again.
It truly pisses me off when therapist's make assumptions, assuming a couple is lying about allegations to get an upper hand.
The doctor that evaluated Lori regarding the mental illnesses Charles outlined KNOWS (like all therapists) that patients lie about delusions, hide them, and how to draw out the truth from the patient. But the Doc didn't bother, & it isn't likely it's due to incompetence (although that's a small possibility).
I do not believe that these castings were to cast out the evil spirits because why were they praying for Charles and JJ to get in an accident and why would they want to pray for the evil spirits to leave if they were going to kill them anyway so they could be together or was it a ruse for the other members to think they were???? I think Melanie G and Zulema are lying!
