      @@Sandra-x5c8o It shows bias and motive to lie for one of her best friends since childhood. Karen is an outsider. Everyone in this case is connected to the Alberts in one way or another, from the "witnesses" to the lead investigator, all the way up through the DAs office -- even the judge!! Also, Katie McLaughlin was the first person to report that Karen said, "I hit him." She could have started that line of conversation throughout the firehouse and other people adopted this phrase - or something similar - to their own testimony -- and we've seen this proven when the defense questions these first responders about the inconsistencies in their statements/testimony. This defense team has already made many of them have to eat their own words regarding their recollection of events. Hope that helps explain why she, along with her credibility, is so important in this case. Plus, there's the fact that she is willing to blatantly lie on the stand, knowing it has the potential to send an innocent woman to prison for the rest of her life. Curious what your thoughts are?

      @josiemiller6524 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +7

      @daniebond that has been something that has been brought up to all the people who think she’s guilty, yet not one person can answer it. Nicole and Brian Albert, the home owners, said in their initial statement that they were asleep and had no idea anything was going on outside on their front lawn. Once the Feds got involved, they obtained the phone records for all the people who were inside that house (information the defense requested and the judge denied) the phone records showed they were lying. Nicole Albert received, and answered, a call from Jen McCabe (her sister) between 6:15-6:30. She was either awake, or woken up by the call and knew what was happening. So far during the trial, every single time the defense asks any of the witnesses if they were made aware that the home owner was a Boston police officer, Lally objects and the judge sustains it. No idea what legal grounds she has for sustaining those questions because they seem pretty pertinent in my opinion. She is the one preventing things from going in that direction. She is SO biased it’s disgusting. Not surprising - when the defense filed a motion asking her to recuse herself, she denied it. What’s even more interesting is the fact that she’s now only hearing civil cases. However, she INSISTED that she would keep this case on her calendar, instead of having it reassigned. No red flags here. 🙄

    His core temp was 80? I read that core temp after death will drop around 1.5 degrees an hour. Being generous here, if his base body temperature was let’s say a low 95 because it’s cold out and lets double the rate to 3 degrees an hour, being generous because it was cold out. That’s 95 - 80 = 15. Then 15 / 3 per hour would mean he had been dead for 5 hours and that is being generous.
    This would indicate that he would have died around 1am? There was camera evidence of Karen driving around 5am. If she hit him around then and he died, then wouldn’t his body temperature be warmer? This makes me doubt the cause of death was from her car at 5am

      Tinfoil crowd??? Have you even watched this trial??? Every single witness the commonwealth has called, the defense has destroyed on cross. The first officer to testify - his nonchalant attitude about important documents being completely wrong was disturbing. Then the way he so casually said “it was a misstep” because he just “forgot” to mention the tiny detail about hearing Karen say “I did this” “I hit him”. Now you have paramedics testifying on direct about what they did, but when they get questioned by the defense, they “don’t recall”. How can you say “I was performing chest compressions, helped wheel him into the ambulance to get him warm. Once we got in, we closed the doors and I didn’t get back out” but then the defense attorney shows you some video footage, asks you some questions and suddenly you “don’t remember” whether you got in the ambulance and stayed there or helped load the patient in and went back to get any leftover supplies…….. if they told the truth when they wrote their report on 1/29/22, and told the truth when giving their statement to the police 9 days later, and told the truth when testifying before the grand jury, then they would know EXACTLY what they did at the scene and it would be easy to answer the questions while on the witness stand for the trial. Like the saying goes “if you tell the truth, you don’t need to have a good memory”. The commonwealth is going to continue to call witnesses and the defense is going to continue to destroy their credibility. By the time the commonwealth rests, it will be abundantly clear that Karen did not do this. You can’t claim people who believe Karen is innocent are “conspiracy theorists” because every single thing that any of us bring up as to WHY she’s innocent are all FACTS. Really I am not a bot. Officer Okeefe arrested the nephew of the cop who owns the house. They deleted their phone info got rid of the dog within a few days and sold their home. Cover up! Yeah, Karen Reed intentionally drove her car into her boyfriend, hitting his face, but prior to a dog jumped out biting his forearm as they are trained to, took his sneaker and ran off. They should’ve went into that house knowing he was coming out of that house and they all knew eachother but they didn’t cuz it’s a cover up! Just like Detective Mulligans cover up to cover up for the other detectives !! So do bits write like but nice try trying to make people think all of who disagree are bots. I know what bits are like and there are none on this feed because bots main job is to scam people out of money

      @@BrainJail I have a comment thread on this video where I addressed the evidence. I wish I had access to all the evidence because I have too many questions that need to be answered.
      (I was joking about the bot comments. I see people make this unfounded argument every time and it’s frustrating)
