Them talking about merch and the attempts to make sure it is high quality. I fucking LOVE my arcade jacket. It has gotten so many compliments and it's so incredibly comfortable and great. I'm a fat person so finding something that feels great and (I think) actually looks good on me, absolutely a challenge and I adore it.
It's a treat when Arin gets to talk about something he's heartfelt and passionate about, and for one of those things to be the GG merch is so heartwarming. Even though I don't have as much as I would really love, the gacha pins of their avatars I got are some of my favorite pins that I've ever owned, and I still smile out of sheer amusement every time I look at them. In layman's terms, the team put their whole Game Grussy into the merch, and it shows wonderfully. Jealous that you own an arcade jacket btw! It's one of the many things I'm hoping to cop when my wallet is a little more generous.

8:38 An even cooler fact about secret songs on CDs is that the REALLY clever artists would put their super duper extra secret songs at the BEGINNING of the album. Or rather, before the beginning of the album. Because of how CDs work, they automatically start on Track 1. But you can fast forward and rewind on most CD players as well. A few artists would put tracks before Track 1, so you'd need to rewind before the beginning of the album to hear it. Most of these songs are lost to time, but I've still got a few old CDs with songs like that and I was STOKED when I stumbled onto an old CD player that could rewind to those hidden tracks.
YES fall out boy did that in 2008 and it blew my mind! it was an acoustic lullaby, which obviously does not fit seamlessly into any pop punk album. its such a nice addition to the album and is a cute tribute to the lyricist having a child!
My Dad passed in 2015 and was a massive Green Day fan. This episode reminded me of all the concerts and road trips listening to Green Day with him. This meant a lot to me, thank you guys for talking about Green Day today and reminding me of all the great times with my dad. ❤

Thanks for sharing. My dad passed away in 2014 and we went to see the American Idiot broadway play they mentioned. It was a little intense for my teenage self but it is a good memory. The band was in the audience and I randomly saw Danny Devito there, too!

Lion King 2 is a massively underrated sequel. It follows the Shakespearean inspiration the first one had. Kovu is a great character, Kiara is likeable, Simba is understandably protective as a new dad, and the songs are awesome.
I love that the grumps loved having Shayne and Courtney on 10MPH. It might be my favorite episode because it has four of my favorite people and it is really funny.
14:26, so, Kovu is not Scar's son. It's never stated who his father is, but he was chosen as Scar's heir. The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride was based on Romeo & Juliet, where Simba and Nala's daughter Kiara falls for Kovu, who is from a pride that stayed loyal to Scar and were banished from the Pridelands. They like each other, but the Scar loyal pride tried to kill Simba, so that didn't help get dad to approve of Kiara's relationship with Kovu.

Monty Python actually found an awesome way to create not only a secret song but technically a secret album on Matching Tie And Handkerchief - basically what they did was the LP was cut in such a way that the grooves are more elliptical rather than perfectly round, and so you they had two tracks and whenever you'd place the needle, it would either be dropped on one track or another. Very, very cool stuff!

Lion King 2 is a massively underrated sequel. It follows the Shakespearean inspiration the first one had. Kovu is a great character, Kiara is likeable, Simba is understandably protective as a new dad, and the songs are awesome.
I love that the grumps loved having Shayne and Courtney on 10MPH. It might be my favorite episode because it has four of my favorite people and it is really funny.

I've always thought that santa clause is red because it's based on "Sinterklaas" a dutch bishop with a red priest hat and robe, also known as saint Nicolas. He gives presents to children, has a list of naughty and nice children.
