@@LippyTGYou can still beat it. There's a way to out damage it's healing with good enough Enchantments on Bow. You can also get a Crossbow, so there's that. I think there's Netherite Stuff because I saw a Upgrade Gear Table in one of the villages you visited.
@@LippyTGYeah the crystals will respawn Infinitely but killing them also helps enough for it to be worth it since it lowers his healing rate you can make a structure system to break the crystals faster making it more possible to out damage him.

since staying above the ground in the end is basically a death sentence, you could try making tunnels inside the ground with exits next to the pillars, so you can shoot the crystals with a bow and safely escape if something goes wrong
