I also love my green vegetables, I love eating Broccolis, Spinach, Okra, Carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, peas, green beans, and ect. I also do yoga at least once a week and I do surya namaskar every day.
I do cardio twice a week and I very fast when it comes to cardiovascular exercises.
