Hello, I totally agree. The Scoopic is so ergonomically constructed, wonderful. Many years ago I produced a short documentary film on Super 8 (with a borrowed Braun Nizo professional) and they looked good, but not perfect. Then I used video and neglected cine cameras. A few years ago I started collecting Canon Cine cameras from Cine Eight (standard 8 mm) of 1957 up to the wonderful constructed Cine Zoom 512 (still 8mm) to the big Auto Zoom 1218 (S8), the sound cameras and the latest AF bodies, but I never exposed a Film with them. But then I managed to find an original Scoopic 16 (grey body) with a few rolls of expired film. I started to film with it and it felt so perfect in my hands. And then I got the 16 M macro version like you own, in conjunction with the rare wide angle attachment and a 400 feet magazine. Now I wait to find a laboratory to get the under- or overexposed expired films developed and scanned. I am so curious to see the results, perhaps good, perhaps nothing, but collecting the impressions of two years now.

Would you be interested in a Kodak Cine Special?
That would be super interesting!
