Deceptively powerful dynamic in learning to consistently keep your commitments to yourself. The self-credibility is a super power; and it is disturbingly easy to live in a dysfunctional relationship with your self where you no longer keep your commitments or truly trust yourself, and this is the loss of power. Thanks for sharing this content.
