I don't have words to describe how Good your content is, Just a big fan of your channel man. Thanks for such a great summary. While watching this video I could relate to many instances in my life where I was able to perform well because of the expectation effect. But I could never understand how it was happening. I just thought by doing some rituals before an event gave me a good feel factor. Hence the increase in performance. After watching this video I realised it's the expectation effect that was kicking in from the ritual I performed just before the event because of which I could perform better. These videos are helping me to understand myself in a more scientific way. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart ❤️.

The expectation effect also works with luxury hand creams and skin treatments. As expensive as better your skin will look like, it appears.
