I remember in the early 2000s cabbies were not stopping for black folk so much . I asked a cabbie why you guys don’t stop for us and he simply said before he came to this country he took a class and was warned about black Americans. They were showed videos in all . Smh then he said once he got to know people he realized it wasn’t us it was the system we were out in .

I just can't find the humor in knowing that every ethnicity has a derogatory name for the most, influential, creative, resilient, forgiving, and inclusive people on this planet. Hey Godfrey. Love your comedy. In Farsi there is no word or disparraging term towards black or african people. We just say 'Siah' which means black for people of african descent (really all of us) and we say 'Sephid' which means white for people of European descent. We never had slaves in the history of our empire and historically have fought to free slaves i.e. babylon et Cyrus II. Cheers brother.
