I'm pretty sure chicken parmesan is french and not Italian lol, that being said having previously worked for a fair size catering company I agree 1 or 2 people who know what their doing could make just as much or more working for themselves.

Tony Dominguez I went straight to the DHEC office about licensing. I said this is my equipment, this is my plan, what do I need to not be bothered. I got a state mobile catering license, LLC, insurance, and the church as a commissary, that let me do so much. Plus it was inexpensive, all together maybe $200.
@@Chefjtwoods may you elaborate more on what you did please. When you mentioned equipment you had, were you referring to the things inside your home? What is a state mobile catering license?
errol samuels when I lived in apartments, I’d post what I was cooking each time and sell plates $10-$15 a piece, it can be so profitable depending on where you live. Also I’d host like house parties, get with the neighbors, play music, open the windows, and sell plates and get the whole community involved, both these are $1000 plus weekends
