This box whispered dark things in my ear, and I had to get it. I expect Combat Patrol to morph into 40K Spearhead. They like Spearhead will be Tournament ready, with 1 1/2 hours slated per game. Dark Legion with lava bases should be stunning. Happy birthday to me.
If GW had released this box just a few months ago, they never would have been able to keep it on the shelves. The only thing that wasn't OP back then were the Legionaries and even those could have been proxied as Chosen which were also pretty busted. 😂
lol posead were still bad competetive in index , no one played cultist with mele wepons and mop was the suboptimal hq choice . Nothing here was top competetive choices in 10.
@@altulbluo404 1) learn to spell. Or at least turn on autocorrect before hitting send. 2) you're very high. MOP, Possessed, Cultists not being competitive? All three were practically autoinclude for this edition prior to the most recent dataslate prior to the codex. Edit: and I never said anything about melee Chosen, I don't know where you got that from. The build for Chosen for pretty much the entire Edition has been (for five), 1 Fist, two Combis, 2 Plasmas, maybe 1 Paired Weapon. It is certainly possible to do that with Legionary models.

Glad I was able to pick the old box up before it was removed, though the new one seems great for newbies.
