      That curved pipe was on a tractor I bought on an auction when I was 18 and I took it off because I didn't like the noise. Lol Put it on this tractor last winter because I was to cheap to buy a new muffler. I'm 41 now. Thanks for watching Scotty.

    Tractor sounds real nice. I milked cows for a guy that had 2 of those, always enjoyed running them

      For some reason they got a bad reputation, I saw a interview with an old guy that used to own a dealership and he said the 190's light duty rear end and the popping out of third gear ruined it for his dealership. He said he sold alot of them and when they broke farmers in the area were done with them. They could of put a little bigger radiator and cab in these but I'd put second behind deere in the 70's. I got two uncles that still farm and we're a mix of deere and allis now. Thanks for watching, I watched your video putting knife rolls in your corn head a year or two ago and subscribed but somehow got unsubscribed, when Jeff gave ya a shoutout I realized I'd missed a bunch of videos.

    I use to chop corn for my uncle's neighbor when I was in my teens, he had a 7030 with a straight pipe, no AC so you chipped with the door open, in mud with a dual on one side. The 7030 would drag those wagons right to the X and just keep on coming, Barbra Mandrel on the radio singing "When country wasn't cool" with George Jones.
    Best time of my life👍

    To bad it’s not any greener. Sure goes through the chopper nice tho. I’d be interested in seeing the feed test results on that silage if u don’t mind sharing?

      I was surprised it was feeding so good cuz the last time I chopped corn with the tops bent and broken it didn't go through. That was an 892 new Holland with an old 880 head though. This corn was still in the milk stage when it froze. It was a dairyland white cob silage variety 100 day planted July 4. I don't know exactly but it had to be close to two feet of rain in October so we got tired of the mud and quit and this was the last of it. My uncle still needs 100 loads so probably be helping him if the weather holds. The nutritionist is due so if he's got time I'll have him take a sample. He was sampling quite regularly a couple years ago and changing the ration accordingly but it kept screwing up the production and butterfat. He's kind a using the hard average and butterfat with the mun test now and only changing the supplement if one of those numbers is off. This stuff is pretty poofy but the corn kernels are plenty wet and froze. Lol

      mr Bill I gotcha. Hopfully it’s still good feed for u. If samples it I’ll send u my email. Or if u have Facebook I’m on there.

      @@jakeziegler599That'll work I got email. I have stayed off Facebook because the liberals would hate me. Haha I used it in the mix today and they ate it good but I was late feeding cuz the cord on my block heater for the mixer tractor fried. It only got up to 12 degrees today.

      mr Bill wow that’d be tough to start! My email is

      What type of mixer do u run?
      And ya Im mainly friends with people who think along the same lines as me so I only see the conservative posts lol. There’s some pretty funny stuff on there

      @@jakeziegler599Got it. It's a Leo 350 cubic feet vertical. Pretty happy with it. It's a small company in Wisconsin ya can deal with directly and save the middle man costs. I need to get some knives in it soon though. I got a cousin that was indoctrinated in college that posts a lot of liberal stuff I have heard but I could probably find a way to get an account without dealing with that stuff. I can't seem to keep my mouth shut when I hear liberals talk. Lol

    Dang, snow and you still have wet spots... What model AC?

      Ya, it's been a disaster this year trying to get enough feed outa the mud. This corn was planted the 4th of July and it kinda got mudded in then. 7040 with the pump about 20% over.

    • @mrbill4187
      @mrbill4187  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I think we got close to two feet of rain in October. Lol Of course none after the fourth of July though.

      It is extremely impressive which is why I had to capture it for the tubes. It's not for sale though cuz I know that was your next question.
