Beautiful CA Hwy1. I drove up the entirety of it in my Miata during COVID. Breathtaking. I just got my gravel bike yesterday, and I can't wait to ride the entirety of it again with my wife in the next few years!
While you are down here 100% need to hit one of the best road rides around a little bit north. If you are leaving on the coast need to do Tunitas Creek, Kings Mountain, Old LaHonda, HWY 84, Stage Road for the definitive coastside/Bay Area ride. Tunitas Creek is a 10 mile climb or descent through the Redwoods that in my mind can't be missed. One of the best Gravel descents around in Purisima Creek Fire road/Whitmore Gulch as well.
"A little bit cold", you say? I envy you. Where I am, today's forecast high "feels like" temperature is 37C. I am glad I can watch your videos as I ride my Peloton Bike. Thanks for the great videos and keep up the great work.
When he went down the long straight descent I was wondering when he was going to sprint and then do a super tuck! I'm sure he would have gotten 50mph or close to it if he had
Santa Cruz Davenport .. My normal stomping grounds. I was happy to see when you were on Gianone Hill I could see at times it is 9 even 10% grade. You also met Jim West his family Gianone were early settlers of Swanton road.. When was this filmed.. I believe that was me you said hi to on Hwy 1.. I usually get out to Pescadero at times. Great Video..! No I couldn't; keep up with you guys going into the wind. At 73 years old..!
any reason for wheel brakes instead of disc brakes? is that personal preference or just the better alternative, i guess those would run pretty hot in certain decents, hm. im not inot the sport that much but really interested in getting into it
Incredible at 30+ mph and using just 200W for sure in a tail wind. What app you are using for overlay? I use Garmin Virb now, but your overlay looks better.
OMG. What a great friend to pull all the way in the wind. 🙏🏼
These videos always make me want to ride. Beautiful scenery
Felt like I was with you guys the whole way... amazing scenery.. loved it!

Hi
I love your road downhill videos! Which software you use for the telemetry overlays?
Pedaling during the climb, it will be helpful. Thank you
