Agreed. This place is a complete tear down. There is absolutely nothing “home-y” about this. It’s a corporate center with hotel rooms. That’s it. It’s just a giant ugly building.
Maybe this can turn into an office for some kind of company. Working in luxury. I would turn it into an office for my company and make the bedrooms into offices. The building is still pretty.
Love using the second channel to tour these offbeat spaces. This place in particular feels like the pinnacle of 80’s/90’s design. Like a mall meets office building, meets hotel.
It looks like a timeshare property and Branson has tons of timeshare presentation sales meetings going on offering free steak dinner and hotel stay if you waste a weekend on their marketing sales programs.
@@jamesfranko1568 I know. It looks so cosmopolitian and downtown in a major financial district. There's one similar in appearance and size near where I live in downtown Salt Lake that has a military officer recruiting station, but it's not such a nice and pristine environment. That in Missouri is truly high styled luxury. I grew up in Missouri and could have never imagined anything that nice exists there for St. Louis is not nice despite having a cosmopolitan styled executive business district that is well struggling to say the least. Salt Lake's is more flashy and upscale out of it being the LDS Mormon establishment which is hugely successful as a financial corporation, but the air is very polluted much of the time making it hard to breath, live, and thrive. Salt Lake is a boom town still constructing new office towers and building new tech company facilities such as a huge Facebook and NSA big data center to name a couple. It's now called Silicon Slopes for many Silicon Valley techies are turning up.
This would be a great corporate owned building for retreats and all corporate events. Especially if it has a helipad. They should definitely approach huge companies who could afford this.
I had to click on the listing link and it's still for sale and does have a helipad. I think a large group of TH-camrs should get together and buy this place, it looks like it was decorated by the same person who decorated every cheap, run down hotel I've ever stayed in, right down to the clashing patterns on the bedding and the ugly shade of pink paint. I'd love to see a bunch of TH-camrs "remodel" it, make cooking videos in there, "catch and cook" fish from the lake, identify the plants in the woods around it, fix their classic cars, show off their collection of clothes in their closet or their makeup routines in the bathrooms. It would be hilarious to get as many TH-camrs as possible together with the widest variety of content in this house just doing their thing in that environment. I'll volunteer to paint the walls and buy new bedding at a local thrift store, paint new artwork to hang, do cooking videos, and identify plants. Don't know much about cars or makeup.
I love that it's like a hotel/public building merged into a house. It is probably my number one dream-house. I don't know which office or which bedroom I'd use.
I visited this property years ago when this look was quite contemporary. This is the best video I've yet seen covering the property and its unique presence and magnitude. And I'm pleased Enes accurately explained the purpose behind this structure and its creator, Robert Plaster along with the fact that the proceeds of this sale will go to college sponsorships. The only thing I missed was the trademark Enes nighttime views. This home looks like a spaceship at night.

The work done by the architects and the builder of the estate is incredible - no one mentions the lack of defects on the building and how wonderfully it has been preserved for nearly 30 years. The only thing it needs is to be cleaned up and slightly modernized because it also has quite a few redundant and retro elements. 90 percent I would keep the mansion in the same form.
Great job Enes and team! This is exactly the kind of unique showings I was hoping for. This property is one of a kind and there’s no way the general public would get to see it this way without your video. Keep up the great work!
The location is gorgeous, but it looks more like a world trade centre than a mega mansion even for a 1990 build. It could be transformed into a nice hospital, like the one in Doctor House.
This property doesn't feel like "home", but I feel like it's still something that a Drug-Lord billionaire/Real life Tony Stark would buy. Y'all would be surprise of wealthy people's taste! Aside from that all, I love witnessing this tour. Fascinating combination on Futuristic-Royale vibe. Pretty surprised this property is not on the main channel!
I think it's awesome and wouldn't change anything - of course it's tacky and dated but in the most perfect way of capturing the style of an entire decade
After a while it feels like a shopping mall. But it's a beautiful building. Love some of the old decor. Absolutely love that brass. Truly amazing. So cool

!!! I'm glad we get a proper Enes tour of this complete oddity of a mansion! And it's so cool you're going all over the country now, so many amazing properties await the Enes touch!
I find this to be so amazing an I actually loved it wholeheartedly. I'm not sure that I would change anything because it's the whole vision an vibe of this incredible place. I only wish I had the 80 million to purchase it.
Late 80s early 90s design. No minimalism, bolder colours, 'blocky' with lots of diagonal lines. I used to work in a hospital built in 1989 and it had a similar look to this. Place was comfy as hell compared to buildings from the 60s or 00s.
i more curious of how it would look if someone came in and modernized it , but still that hardcore 80's 90's office vibe is crazy prevalent. its wild how far we've come in such a short period of time
I would stay there as is for a week just because it's like going back in time to my teen years. Wilt Chamberlain's old mansion used to be a time capsule similar to this only with early 1970s flavor now they've modernize the interior but it's still looks cooler as a whole than this place.
Gracias Enes!
The entire home is a time capsule, it's an office building from 1993. It reminds me of all my favorite 90's movies and shows though, from Jurassic Park to Babylon 5. There would be a lot of nostalgia living in this place.
I LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! Alot of people just see an office building and yeah I give them that but I can picture so many cool renovation ideas and I love what Enes said as far just essentially revitalizing the place instead of completely remodeling the entire mansion. Also this gives off some nostalgic vibes from me going to work with my parents in their big office buildings as a kid lol.
I saw this property on another channel. It was not as well or as beautifully presented as in this channel. Kudos to Enes, also to Mike for that awesome camera work and cinematography.
Regardless of the fact some of the space is a little tacky/dated.. the amount of detail that has gone into this home is phenomenal and I love it … that bar in the corridor is gorgeous and the effort put into the build and design is amazing … actually fell in love with this home and can’t stop looking at videos and reading articles. Someone lend me the 80 mill 😭😭
This house could be the mansion of a Robocop villain. Soooo many ideas with this home for movies, music videos, etc. Perfect location for a Weeknd or Drake video LOL. I see a horror flick, of a 80's Vampire tycoon that's struggling with his increasing thirst for success and blood. I would add a bit more but I'll keep that to myself😂. You saw this first from me. Thanks Enes for this presentation
Shooting Range, Heli Pad... and futuristic 90s style.. that gives some Spy vibe. Feels like HQ for some Elite Group of Agents, a division of a Spy Organization or something =)
This will never sell for $80M, it’s an office building with beds in some of the rooms, smack in the middle of the worst area for an office building. Someone figured that calling it a “house” might get it to actually sell. How altruistic they sound planning to donate the proceeds of any sale of this property, the reality is that the tax write off will likely bank more money than this property could ever bring in.
@@devitomichael Agreed. Someone will probably get this for much much cheaper with the plans ahead of time to demolish the entire thing and probably not rebuild a house at all.

I’d be surprised if it sells at all
Agreed. This place is a complete tear down. There is absolutely nothing “home-y” about this. It’s a corporate center with hotel rooms. That’s it. It’s just a giant ugly building.
M80
Maybe this can turn into an office for some kind of company. Working in luxury. I would turn it into an office for my company and make the bedrooms into offices. The building is still pretty.
Brings a whole new meaning to "working from home"
Love using the second channel to tour these offbeat spaces. This place in particular feels like the pinnacle of 80’s/90’s design. Like a mall meets office building, meets hotel.
3:43 ‘can you imagine this in the 1990’s?’
‘I don’t have to..I can see it in the 1990’s right now’ 😂🤣
😂
I’m speechless. It’s like a feeling of “yeah, I loved the 90’s” mixed with “what the hell?”
LOL
It would be depressing to live in a place like this. Short vacations maybe.
It looks like a timeshare property and Branson has tons of timeshare presentation sales meetings going on offering free steak dinner and hotel stay if you waste a weekend on their marketing sales programs.
@@Worldofourown2024 lol looks like a medium sized corporate office
Not too many companies are interested in the HR nightmare of this not to mention the price tag

Imagine if it was totally redone with LEDs that had the ability to change colors and really updated this thing

Love that! Thanks
Mikey: I think it’s a skylight
Enes: Oh what? That one? That one is a security post.
Mikey: oh...
lol
Great job Enes and team! This is exactly the kind of unique showings I was hoping for. This property is one of a kind and there’s no way the general public would get to see it this way without your video. Keep up the great work!
How is it unique if it literally looks and feels like an office building.
The location is gorgeous, but it looks more like a world trade centre than a mega mansion even for a 1990 build. It could be transformed into a nice hospital, like the one in Doctor House.
Fanciest hospital in the world, imagine the daily fee.😭
Mikey is savage with this commentary!! "I don't have to image; I can see it in the 90s right now." 😅😅😅
I LOVE 90's futurism architecture!
It's so pre-Y2K high tech future, so good!
?
This house screams the 90s. If you're going to spend 80 millions on it, you have to really love the 90s.
Take all my money bro
anyone else feeling those 80's-90's mall vibe? Okay but this would make one helluva Airbnb investment.
Holy shit what an eye soar. This is begging for a tear down.
Once I build my dream house I’m going to have Enes come do one of these 😂
:)
I think it's awesome and wouldn't change anything - of course it's tacky and dated but in the most perfect way of capturing the style of an entire decade
This got way too much hate. They will be using this in movies for hundreds of years 😂
It seriously looks closer to 1987 to 1989.
Source: I was there.
They should just leave it exactly as it is. It's a time capsule, which interestingly, also contains two time capsules.
@@jeoboden 80s is now popular. Won't have to wait long for 90s trends.

Yeah, that's what I thought too!
If you mean the bad guy who gets killed in the first 60 seconds, I'd agree. I assume the bad guy was also an architect.

After a while it feels like a shopping mall. But it's a beautiful building. Love some of the old decor. Absolutely love that brass. Truly amazing. So cool

I could definitely see this being used as an on location film set.
What an interesting property. Always love your tours and the laid back yet still extremely professional manner in which you showcase these places. Also gotta give Mikey props for his doing such an amazing job filming. The working chemistry between the two of you is what makes these tours so enjoyable. Lastly, love that Mikey had you keep opening the dish washer!! Great stuff!! ❤
Didn't this house kick off the green marble shortage of '92? 😂

i'm sure brad loved that you let everyone know where he likes to go to relax.
I find this to be so amazing an I actually loved it wholeheartedly. I'm not sure that I would change anything because it's the whole vision an vibe of this incredible place. I only wish I had the 80 million to purchase it.
This home was ahead of its time. Don’t know if I’d buy it but it’s not easily forgotten
I was just planning to become a super villain, and I think this house is perfect for me.
Honestly, it seems weirdly comfortable and nostalgic
Late 80s early 90s design. No minimalism, bolder colours, 'blocky' with lots of diagonal lines. I used to work in a hospital built in 1989 and it had a similar look to this. Place was comfy as hell compared to buildings from the 60s or 00s.
Despite hating this house Enes and Mikey got to show their personalities a lot in this vid and I love that
May some startup can use this as their corporate office, but I can't imagine anyone buying this as their personal residence.

i more curious of how it would look if someone came in and modernized it , but still that hardcore 80's 90's office vibe is crazy prevalent. its wild how far we've come in such a short period of time
I WOULD LIKE IT TO STAY THE SAME PLEASE
I would stay there as is for a week just because it's like going back in time to my teen years. Wilt Chamberlain's old mansion used to be a time capsule similar to this only with early 1970s flavor now they've modernize the interior but it's still looks cooler as a whole than this place.

A must for the people who are in the family to enjoy while in beautiful Missouri
I think that even in the 80's- 90's, you would have felt overwhelmed living in a place like that!!
Saw this house on another channel about a year ago , still a one of a kind place & a Time capsule of the 90s ❤
The amount of security u need to hire, that alone is crazy expensive.
And cleaning staff, house managers and window washers. It would cost millions every year. I call my accountant.

Y que bueno que te atrevas a estar vestido de manera no tan formal, así tu también te haces más cercano con tus suscriptores.
This will never sell for $80M, it’s an office building with beds in some of the rooms, smack in the middle of the worst area for an office building. How altruistic they sound planning to donate the proceeds of any sale of this property, the reality is that the tax write off will likely bank more money than this property could ever bring in.
