Kerala Govt can easily shift the people near the Dam area to a Safer Place Instead if we Decommission the Dam it will take Several years to Rebuild it and it will make a huge loss for Tamil Nadu's 5 Districts and it leads to A Scarcity of Drinking water and It would be a More Headache and If we Decommission the controlling of the Dam would be given to Kerala Government. TN Govt should not accept the Decommissioning of Dam.
There is no use of writing ur opinion for pages the Supreme Courts Decision is the final say keep that in mind

Dear friends 126 year old Mullaperiyar Dam is hydrologically seismically structurally not safe now to hold water level at 152 feet ..It is a threat to the lives of 50 lakh people in Kerala..We know five districts in Tamilnadu depends on this dam for water.,we are not against giving water to our brothers and sisters in TN.But our safety is equally important.Actually there is a solution to this problem.According to 2014 supreme court verdict,there is a possibility of building another tunnel at the level of 50 feet so that the water level in the dam can be lowered ..That way Tamil Nadu will get sufficient water and Kerala will be free from the threat of breaking the dam.Let both Governments solve this issue peacefully and save the lives of people in Kerala and Tamil Nadu.. It's our request 🙏🙏🙏Water for Tamil Nadu and safety for Kerala
Simple solution, Kerela government can hand over the new dam project and its governance to the Tamil Nadu government. This will cause a win-win situation, but the Kerela-Tamil Nadu politics don't allow this.

Ok if the mulla periyar is deconstructed the Asia's biggest arch dam at Idukki will get 1.5 time pressure than now which makes it unstable and then it has to be demolished and constructed again as hydro power of our brothers at KL depend on this why can't we have the dam strengthened as if done on the narmdha dam in Maharastra and store 162 ft as when it was constructed and make the automatic overflow at 145 ft

Experts should decide what to do, that's why we insisting on the idea of inspection of the dam by international dam experts.Our organisation SKB has filed a case on the inspection of dam by Reliability scientists in the supreme court..we are waiting for that.. You people in TN should consider the lives of people in kerala..we are pleading🙏..
