For me, the webwings sell it. Spidey should not be as beefy as other heroes like Captain America, so I think they captured his mass perfectly fine with this release. I guess the RYV mold makes sense for a 30s something year old Spidey, but not one who is in high school or in his early college years.

just got mines. Not bad at all tbh. I like the teenage body mold even got the hands right too being smaller. Same color as the toy biz one. Only gripes are I wish the toe bent like the renew your vows spidey and the webbing was cloth. toy biz really were ahead of their time. the new boxes are trash AF imo lol.
Yes, but that's not what I was saying. The windowless packaging has nothing to do with QC errors. Plus, it's not like most of these are going to be findable in stores anyway, but I do agree that anything sold in stores should have a window.

Actually this spider man was done the way he should have been done a long time ago . Hasbro put right what was out of places on the retro Spidey when it comes to articulations and its looks. this figure shows that you don't really need pull down legs if Hasbro concentrate more on the hip joints like this one. The body is more physically more accurate to Spidey he's not too muscular. Nor is he too un muscular. They did a much better spider man on this figure then the retro spider man here inn some places . I'm surprised. By Hasbro .a bit . It's shares the Same body mold of the new shell shading new spider man accept for it's arms . I got both figures. Due to the amazing fantasy 60th anniversary Spider. It has different arms due to the holes under it's arms and other reasons . but it's the same figure . As the new shell shading Spidey . Just not the arms. But I think this is the best Spidey figure now. inn my opinion . And hope they continue with this new body mold for Spidey. He's at the right size since Peter Parker is only five feet Ten . Inn the comics. And the body mold on this figure represents the teen years of spidey. But a modern look. Teen years More muscular then how Steve ditko drew the amazing fantasy comics. Spidey . Steve ditko drawing was mostly based on how slimmer younger people were way way back inn the sixties. On his Spidey. But this one is more based on teens today. If not eating to much lol. That explains the shorter torso .on the figure. Nice review Bro 👍🏻
Hello! Just wanted to know: Is there a way to know if this figuer can be a rip-off? I got mine from Amazon and it says "Condition: New" but was wondering if Amazon can sell knock-off of these,
they didn't cut any plastic off, you have the head pushed back. there's space between the chin and the neck and you have his pushed so far back they're touching. also the new torso articulation and pinless joints along with the new sculpt, new hands and that it's finally a full set with 1 figure, new wing webs, and the hanging webs themselves. they didn't cheap out on you with this figure, the pen blots suck they should improve that qc issue I agree with that and the webbing should absolutely be smaller and closer together I think the eyes could be a bit more narrow too but I guess they wanted to make him look a bit more streamline? really couldn't say, someone had a preference that the small webbing looked bad and chose to trash that but I loved it.
A fusion between the old and the new version would be awesome.
I think this figure is amazing, the only gripe with me is that the biceps look too big for me, but that doesn't matter a lot.
He actually does have big biceps in the show, though it doesn't look obvious

because the hands are smaller can they be used with the nwh intergrated suit (size wise they can be painted)

I'm actually ok with the no waist swivel, because the joint cut on a waist swivel joint doesn't really look nice when you rotate it
