You can google "Out of phase stereo". Easiest way to do it is probably to download "center cut" plugin for Winapm (yeah I know, winamp...). The plugin also gives you an option to only leave the center channel (in other words, the opposite of center cut) and to remove/keep bass. Also search "removing vocals". I didn't use any online services for this, but I guess there may be some. Just to be clear, it doesn't remove vocals, it's just being called this way for simplicity: vocals are *usually* in the "center", so removing center would remove vocals, but certainly not always.
