    - Don't be a "cancer" to your highest self
    - Meditate (to help you hear your inner voice)
    - Reflect on what your inner voice tells you
    - Show Gratitude to all the good things, helps your brain identify things that are good for you
    - Affirmations to help rewire your thinking (helps rewire your perception + beliefs, which in turn affects your actions, and thus your reality )
    - Let go of everything which no longer serves you (and who you want to be)

A note on affirmations: start with stepping stones. It might not be doable at the beginning of this journey to say "I am capable" or "I love myself". Instead, start with "I can do X" or "I am proud of myself for Y". Just my two cents looking back at when I started utilizing such tools. Much love

Another one, which I encountered recently (not that I've adopted it yet 😕), is to do the looking in the mirror thing, but instead of jumping straight to 'I am beautiful/powerful/whatever', start with noticing the things that you genuinely like about yourself, the things that you believe to be both positive AND true. As you get better at doing that, day by day, it will become easier to expand the list of things that you like but also to ignore the negative voice. Alongside your suggestion, you can expand self-acceptance, self-compassion and eventually self-love.

That’s literally how I healed my cancers. I didn’t have medical help because they’re the result of a work injury so I was abandoned medically.
I started talking to the cancer cells. I would spend time with them daily, getting to know them, and thanking them for coming to help heal my body.
I gave them a purpose. I talked to them with a deep love, respect, and gratitude.

Your life falling apart when you take a big decision for yourself and try to follow an inner urge : it's real guys.
Left my bf (not happily), came back to my parents, no job, health in a terrible state, but rediscovering myself. And health is starting to get better, life is starting to move again, in the exact way i want. I'm hopeful. And I'm getting my self confidence back.
Thank you so much for your videos, they helped and still help me SO MUCH during these times.

      @Stephania006 ปีที่แล้ว

And do you have a boyfriend now if I may ask? Sorry don't know if that's recent for you or past experience, and I wanted to know how really life changes since I've lost hope ;(

    • @MillyIncorporation
      @MillyIncorporation ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@Stephania006 yeah it's recent, it all happened this year. And I am seeing someone right now :) but keeping things slow and listening to me.
I keep saying to myself that I had terrible experiences in the past and surmounted them all, it helps ! And allowing myself to feel terrible sometimes, and journaling, also help. Don't lose hope you will get there ! And if you feel stuck don't forget that you can reach a therapist to help you get out of the funk.

    For me
    1. Carve out stillness to hear your intuition
    2. Bring your intuition to fruition by meditating (vivid visualization)
    3. Write down what you saw. What do i need to let go of? What do i need to embrace? What are the tiny steps i need to take now?
    4. Trust yourself and maintain an abundant mindset. Feel as though you are already your highest self.
    5. Ask. Ask for advice from your highest self, and write a corresponding letter
    6. Know what you want.
    7. Show gratitude!!!
    8. Maybe record yourself saying your most personal, favorite affirmations
    9. Don’t be afraid to change your beliefs to work for you
    10. Learn to revel in the chaos. Reframe this as working to your advantage
    11. Write also to and from parts of yourself that you feel in conflict with, that are hard to look at.
Walk around in your own mind. Is it a beautiful garden?
Trust that any action taken from love will yield a result that works for you.
Stop feeling guilty for taking your time to think.
Be patient with yourself. Try your best not to demean yourself when you “fall short”.
Listen to Hozier’s No Plan or OVERTHINKING IT by WILLOW.
I am so thankful to myself that I managed to get here.

Important thing to know about any spiritual practice such as meditation: It will trigger your „pain body“. This is the accumulation of every feeling you‘ve ever had but haven‘t fully felt = released from your system.
For reference: every time you have a ‚negative‘ thought, this creates a pain response in your body. But since we are often taught to suppress negative emotions and only allow or amplify the ‚good ones‘, the uncomfortable ones get pushed down… and they STAY THERE.
When you meditate/do yoga etc, you allow this stuff to COME UP. This is a GOOD THING. But you need to embrace, fully feel and sit with them when they come. Think of it this way: You are the host of this accumulated energy. It only has you. It can‘t go anywhere else. In order to ‚get out of you‘ it has to be fully felt and acknowledged. If it helps, think of every emotional response as a chemical reaction: it just wants to happen. Only once it has happened is it over and done and you feel a little lighter than before.
Most of us walk around with this huge mass of chemical reactions in our system that are waiting to happen. No wonder we get triggered so easily.
Also: EVERY. EMOTIONAL REACTION. HAS. AN EXPIRATION DATE. If you allow it, it will not persist forever. Quite the opposite. Only if you resist it will it stay within and muddle up your energy field.
Just keep in mind: No feeling no healing. You got this🌸❤️✨

I actually feel really grateful that I've been practicing a bunch of these subconsciously, without having to put that much work into it. Like when I learnt what gratitude exercises are I thought "Oh I already do that" - but I call it 'good things' and usually think it when things happen or just throughout the day instead of a set time i.e. morning and afternoon. Still got some other things to work on ofc but something went right somewhere coz I love the kindness I already have for myself and the world/life. No doubt Anna's vids probs did some good brainwashing too over the years XD

I can't believe you summed this up in 7 minutes!! Amazing. This has been pretty much my process for over 10 years. Anyone who reads this- happiness and contentment is real! You can feel fulfilled and at peace with yourself and your life, even enjoy your life to a degree you didn't think possible. Meditation is uncomfortable, but do yourself a favor and start! And try to be as consistent as possible, and don't beat yourself up if you fall off the wagon. Just start again with even more motivation than before. All the best to you! You are not alone, and you deserve to feel happy, fulfilled, and deeply loved as your truest self

I meditate every day and do exactly what you said about feelling your new reality. Sadly, it doesn't work. I lost my husband and my home. Also, it's been shown that positive affirmations don't work as well as we thought. Also journaling can make PTSD and OCD worse for some people. I'm better today than ever before, but I don't think doing these things will make people happier. They can actually end up feeling worse actually. I love your videos. I just think it's important to be weary of toxic positivity.

Dr. K had few videos on "reaching the end of thought", and how many people now (in the digital age) don't even know what they desire because our brains get overly stimulated with information from everywhere. So set time for nothingness and allow your brain to figure stuff out, chances are your goals won't get accomplished by watching tiktok

But for me, it's always both at the same time. The kind thoughts and the bad thoughts. I feel both gratitude for all I have and am anxious about losing it. I tell myself about how skilled I am and how proud I am of myself, but at the same time, I find myself just unbearable sometimes. My mind is both a beautiful place I wish I could stay forever and a horrifying place full of existential dread.

Journal: what do I need to let go off, what do I need to embrace, what are the next steps to take to achieve this reality
Get accustomed with those beliefs and feelings, let it become your default
Ask advice from your highest self
    Listen to the advice
Do it, and the next step will be clear
    Show gratitude

I just did this because I knew it would help and wow! So many great insights and understanding. My higher self gassed me up and made me realize some important things. I really see how being consistent with this will bring more insight and change. Thank you so much Anna for being such a bright light as my higher self just told me to allow myself to be.
