​@@CoachJacobForde Hey mate. It's a difficult one. There is never 1 price any market you go.
Always try and start as low as you can and work your way up. If you like the seller then I usually just pay what I think it's worth.
A little bit for me is a lot for them.
I always base the prices off home prices in aus.
I quickly estimate what they are charging me in comparison to what I'd probably pay at home to get an understanding if they are ripping me off.
It should cost 10% of what you pay at home.
