When I play, I tend to go too long when I loop, so I close the angle, then it doesn’t pass the net. So now, I have to depend on my opponent making mistakes. What should I do
1) Your racket motion does not have enough acceleration (when racket is moving from start position to finish position the speed should be increasing until the impact with the ball). 2) Remember this: "Are you dare to hit harder when ball is already going too long over the table?" If answer is "no", rethink. Hitting harder with brushing motion will cause ball to curve down. 3) To be able to do what is described above your racket start position should be low and tip pointing down and maybe to the side a little. 4) Racket head is short, about 15cm but nevertheless tip of the racket is moving faster than middle or bottom (area next to the handle). So, watch the contact point between racket and the ball. Contact closer to the tip will produce more spin in the brushing motion. Do not hit with the edge. Divide racket head in three part. The line between top third and middle third is a good place to contact the ball.
His teachings are good

put more spin the ball will fall faster to the opponent side
