I think if you left it outside all day it may charge but really I keep it hanging in my kitchen and just the lights in their keep this thing charged all the time.
for the first use you're supposed to use the USB. after that it should capture sunlight better. this is with all chargers I've read about too, so not exclusive. try it and see.
I have this and a fold out panel. The fold out panel rocks. I'll test this one at work under the lights.

Greetings... Do you recommend this Powebank? Is it really charged with the sun? I bought one 3 years ago and it never charged with the sun.

I prefer the wall chargers better, my phone charges quicker that way
How you charge the panel?, I put on the sun and show that green color but, don’t charge with sun.
