Yes I would agree, I was thinking somewhere around the 10-15W mark max, certainly no more as the test I did was in late July, in the middle of the day with full sun when I would expect it to have the max power... thanks for your comment.
Well I have to be honest this depends on the sunshine, but in all honesty I do think it will take quite a while as even in full sun it isnt the quickest. I use mine as a simple top up option if i'm out walking on the moors or the like - for this its perfectly fine.
I have a 12w solar panel and charges my android from 20% to 90% in about 3 hours! So it's all down to the solar panel!
