The closest are way to small for the house , only one big closet out of the whole house. It’s ok weird layout

My biggest problem with homes in Georgia is that developers still think this is 1995, whereas they refuse to include a fence to offer homebuyers a sense of security. Beautiful homes like this are easily accessible to eager thieves with all the glass and access points. While it may not be a fail-safe, a high fence and possibly a guard dog or two are surely a deterrent!

I was getting let down at the upstairs bedrooms having just ok closets, and only one vanity until you walked into the last room! I than realized that all the rooms are so big that I thought they were the primary suites. Beautiful home and great video!

I love the home. The master bathroom is to die for. That is exactly what we are looking for. I need some land as well. I feel in this home I am too close to my neighbors. If it was possible to take this house and put on a 2-3 acre lot and not looking into my neighbors window. I'll pack up tomorrow.

The bathroom (largest one) the flooring and shower design is very busy for me. Lots of dark gray lines and patterns all over the place. I like marble but a bit more coordinated, and thinner lines. Although the 3 mirrors are nice to have, the one over the makeup area is just as high off the counter as the others when standing up. So the middle mirror placement doesn't make sense as it is too high to see yourself sitting and getting dressed. Easy change though.

The master bath is awesome/spacious. But the two small doors, seem like they could have made them taller into regular size doors.

Great house! Loving the windows and layout. The bathroom is a bit too busy for my eyes though someone else may absolutely love/appreciate it. The price for this home is very reasonable being that I've seen homes from other realtors on here that are more than 200K more starting and more than 1k smaller in footage. Granted, I know the location matters among other things yet, this house would be my go to for all the extras it gives. The additional work room off the kitchen, those custom built closets, the windows...OMG THE WINDOWS!!, the size of the main bathroom, the kitchen and more. Great house for real!

The bathroom is large enough to do physical fitness and dance in. And then take a bath after sweating. Soak in the tub to relax muscles. That’s what I would do if I owned this house. I am 65 years, ten months and 18 days as of this message.

The home is absolutely gorgeous. However, with a home with "over 4,000 sq. ft." of living space it and the chef's quality gas stove, wine fridge, etcetera it doesn't appear that the design/builder thought of a walk-in pantry for that spacious kitchen. Perhaps that wasn't a preference. I don't know. Unless I somehow missed the showing of a walk-in pantry on the video your. I watched the video twice. 😊
