Nice house. For that price… Privacy should be a no brainer… Too close to the neighbors house.

The rooftop is the only million dollar worthy feature. Everything else is ordinary. Overpriced by at least 400K

This is stunning. 😍 the floor to ceiling window in the one master bedroom closet is everything! It is pricey however, the fact that it’s a townhome and no shared walls it’s worth it.

Is that considered a bedroom to the left upon entering the home....weird🤔, HOWEVER, the kitchen and primary are beautiful ❤. Ample pantry space in the kitchen, and ample closet space in the primary. The blue lights are not a big deal. I'm not a big fan of the open concept but this home is very nice.

Hi lady love your videos. The builder should not use so many colors and different patterns that clash. There is nothing worth $1.7 million dollars here. Tearing down old homes for the cheap land and no HOA the builder should pass on the savings to the buyer. Greed is rampant.

Thank you for sharing. Did I miss the closet in the downstairs bedroom? The positives are new build, modern design and plenty of natural light on all levels. Negatives for me would be location, size of the bedrooms, bathrooms and closets. Also the asking price is not matching. Not sure if you are new to this, but if you could try to show full shots more.

Great tour but there are a few misses with this home. The front exterior is amazing but the back dropoff will likely deter some buyers. I would expect a counter level gas range at this price point but that's an easy fix. All the bedrooms are narrow and awkward for furniture placement. There should also be a full bath on the main level for the guest bedroom so with that, I'd call this a 4 bedroom 3.5. The guest bedroom would be an office space. No linen closet in the primary en suite but it's tastefully done. If I had to rate this home, I'd give it a 6 out of 10. Too bad the front exterior's wow factor doesn't follow suit on the interior. Bummer...
