The way Nezuko latches onto her too.. It's funny because Nezuko used to be an older sister and just becomes a child when she's with Mitsuri 😭 it's so sweet

I like how unique the weaponry the slayers and hashira are. Mitsuri weapon of choice and fighting style are much more interesting than I initially gave them credit for. And the connection between love and flame breathing was a surprise as well

Kanroji was a character i could not stand when she was first introduced. I thought her hair looked stupid and her gimmick was cliche. But man did i receive several gut punches by the story for that quick assumption and now shes top 5 for me. Fantastic video that does her justice!

Honestly, I struggle to really enjoy her character (and many other major characters in DS) because of the emphasis she puts on god-given talent, but I accept that that's a failing on my part more than anything else. It's an embarrassingly ironic feeling, given that it puts me in parallel to the bigoted suitors from her backstory, or the likes of antagonists like Kokushibo I hope that one day I'll be able to watch this video without so many reservations in my heart
