The belt is just an automobile serpentine belt. Just measure the length of the flat belt and width, then go to the parts store and find one close to the same size. The only draw back is you have to take apart the spindle to install it.

Nice job! What kind of tolerances can you hold with this after the rebuild?
Pencil erasers should quite that lid until u get the originals.
They could work, I even though of using kitchen drawer bumpers.

have you thought about storage of the corsair once your Flying?
The airfield I fly from has a hanger to keep it in.
