The photos made me believe the ink bottle is at least twice the size shown here, lol. Excellent review, once again.

Thanks! I like this ink. It's a great color an i find it reasonably water resistant. Also, I love the old bottle. Thanks for the review!

Good choice of ink for a review. I think Aurora Blue-Black is a very appealing, very true blue-black color. But as you rightly said, the flow isn’t as great as Aurora’s Black and Blue (both of which are anyway really great as a black and blue). The blue-black seems to be definitely rather dry in some nibs/pens. It has caused me occasional flow issues in some pens where it causes annoying hard starts. But generally, it is a very good choice as a blue-black. I currently use it in my Lamy 2k (B) and a Duo Cart.
I like both this bottle and the new ones. The plastic stopper seal at the opening of both the bottle types can be an annoying inconvenience for some, I guess. Of course, the $30 price for the new ones isn’t fun.
Of the (seven) new colors, I chose to buy the Sepia, Turquoise and Red. I like them a lot. Though I wish Aurora decided to make more complex, interesting colors than simply the standard issues of each of the basic colors.
I’d also say that, in my experience, Aurora inks generally are slightly dry and fare poorly on cheaper, ordinary paper. They are best used on higher quality Fp-friendly paper. Aurora should offer an ink-well sometime.
    Thanks for the review!

Thanks Sajjad! I will sample the new Aurora ink colors but I agree that they don't look that exciting.

Interesting video. Right now I'm using Waterman bb.

Thank you. I want to revisit the full Waterman ink range. They are great inks but I haven't used any of their inks other than their standard blue and brown for years.

@@BlakesBroadcast Very interesting. Looping forward to your review. Personally I like the turquoise.
