The best technique is to get the offer from startups, tell them that you can join them in 45 Days, be patient till 35 Days then apply for MNC, tell them that you are serving notice period and you have 45 Days left, recruitment and offer release takes atleast 10 days in MNCs, once you get offer from MNC inform that startup that you cannot join because of XX reasons, you are done!
@@Aditya-if3ij bro I said apply to MNC only once your notice period is passed 35 days, I did the same, if you have an offer in hand and notice period is less, surely you'll get calls from the MNC, then its upto you to crack their interviews of course, but based on my past experience I can say if you crack down startups then MNC interviews are not that tougher
@@0miletraveller then how did you get that 1st offer before resigning . Bcz the process doesn't go further when i mention that my np is 90 days. It will be better to have offer before resigning right.

I had one question if one candidate has already one offer from A company then if we get selected with other company B and when he demand for more salary stating i am having offer of xyz ctc ,so i want more salary, so do company B hr ask to share company A's offer letter before offering more package ? Does we need to share? Does that really happen in service based company?
@Manoharbatra Now a days we cannot depend on one offer letter we should have multiple offer Letter from different company. Because there are some situations the company can withdraw your offer letter a day before joining. In this case if you're serving notice period and have only one offer with you may end up with no job from your current company and company you want to join. Any solution for this ?
