This was a beautiful game, my older kid was months old when I started playing this in 2001 and when I got to a level where Max had to follow a red line in the dark and you heard a baby crying all the time I couldn't go on. It was too much for me... I was only able to finish the game a year later... it ran great on a P3 866 with a Radeon 32 DDR. Another gem from that time was the original Soldier of Fortune, what a fun game!
I've been gaming since 1979 & i have to admit I've never played this game, for reasons i cant explain i decided i didnt like it ! I shall remedy this as soon as possible. Great film, many thanks
Geek and Civvie 11 drops video about max payne at same day yeah great excellent, no complaints Max Payne 1 is, dak, moody, perfect for long winter nights
If I remember correctly, you are a fan of cRPGs. There is a laundry list of them from the 2010s - Pillars of Eternity I&II, Divinity: Original Sin, and the two Owlcat Pathfinder games (the newer being 2021) are amongst my favorite. Also, Darkest Dungeon is a pretty... different... game. A good number of these will run on older systems as long as the CPU is up to the task (the two Owlcat games are quirky with what they like, but they run on anything from the last 10 years).
This game looked absolutely photorealistic back in the day.
It did, because most textures were actually pictures of real objects: walls, bricks etc.

Yeah, Max Payne is not an easy game...on the heart or mind!

I am yes, and I will try to introduce some of them into my videos.

Mozzarella is the best!
I can't play this game, because violence on children is too much for me. Max Payne is awesome, but not for me.
I get it, that's why I always skip that part.
I have it on my windows xp pc as a cd rom but won’t work any tips on where to go for a fix
Great video by the way
Install last official patch.

You mean it fails to install from the cd or it just won't launch after you install it?
