Very excited to see what mods you use in the modded playthrough. I recommend if anyone’s made a quickfix mod to undo all the cloth changes, maybe that will be quality of life.
The warning you keep getting is the spawning of super vultures. They've always been bugged. Back in alpha 20, just looking at one would give me that error warning.
I'm loving your vids IZ! I'm so glad you are making these videos, you are literally shine upon my days I hope you will keep uploading videos for years thank you so much for everything. And please pump out some more The Infected videos I'm waiting for them to be uploaded. Love ya!
Thank you for this fun series! I respecced to the intellect build myself after seeing how good it was in your series~ Definitely makes clearing high tier POIs alot easier~ Looking forward to the Desert Ranger series! The last one was one of my absolute favs!
in my experience the errors are caused by the electric fences for some reason. back in the day i would use 4 to 6 electric fences and once they were thick with zombies i would get these errors, now i use 2 to 3 max fences and havent seen these errors in a while
Dont know if you know this or not but the console logs errors are related to the eletric wire traps (i think the eletric mesh effect is bugged or something)
I realized something today while playing my own map. Wasteland Treasures v6 allows you to make cloth from plant fibers. It’s not a silver bullet as I’m sure they nerfed all resource costs related to cloth, but it’s something to stem the impending hate that TFP keeps bringing down on themselves.
To fix the intellect imbalance, they need to bring back level up by doing. With the current magazine system it will work perfectly. That way if you want to get good at something, you need to actually do it, not just funnel all the points into something.
Well, if you would like a challenge there is the Preppocalypse overhaul mod. It adds a ton of new content to the game with some QoL changes that make it feel fresher. There are zombie variants that add a level of difficulty to the game that was sorely needed and even broke up the monotony with the same zombies over and over and over again. There is even a fishing system that lets you catch fish or other stuff. You can build beehives to get honeycomb which is used in new food and crafting recipes. You can build chicken coops to farm your own eggs from the safety of your base. The list goes on, but I think you might enjoy the challenge.
Omg I got the same console stuff popping up randomly too, except it was every time I tried starting a quest/pressing e on an object, had to wipe my game. I couldn't imagine it popping up during this kind of horde night ☠️😳
Last time I saw that console error spam it was during Jawoodle's A19 DF run. Back then the zombies had somehow managed to destroy i a invulnerable block. Like with the trader protection bong. Somehow they'd managed to claw through them and the game was basically having and aneurism XD
another home run, Prebuilt. you're killing it. thanks for all the hard work you put into these episodes. it's my hope that while you find the game itself obnoxious and irritating, you become a towering, savage billionaire and do a hostile takeover of TFP, if only to make them pay for your aggravation.
I thought those exceptions were gone... they were fairly common in A20 on high horde settings on multiplayer servers... Seems that they have made their way into single player.
Double Horde night trick: Relog in your game after the first horde and since it's still technically horde night, you will get a second until 4am. (Remember to loot the first horde loot bags).
Also try looking up for the "No Console On Error" mod. It's not a Gameplay mod so even vanilla purists should tolerate it. It simply stops the game from dropping down the console when red errors happen.
Great series. Looking forward to the modded series. I won't be broken-hearted if you go back to A20.7. You need those compo pack poi at tier 5 and 6 :)
I've had that same issue pop up and I've seen others get it as well. the best way I've seen to get rid of it is to just restart the game. when you load back in everything is fine and since it always happens on a hoard night it just ends up restarting the hoard when you restart.
the only way I have found to comfortably keep up with the number of z's in the wasteland at this game stage is with exploding crossbow bolts. It give some breathing room for repairs and reloads, without feeling rushed, but your base provides a bit more time delay stringing them out more. The M60 and the crossbow combo is the way to go IMO. especially on your base.
I think you should have the initial zombie ramp in front of you but have it veer off before it gets close to then go around and have a shorter finish tract. That way both the start and finish are in the same place and so your main area of focus is only ever straight ahead + penetrating AP ammo would line up with the entry and the end for a large amount of fun
Great series. Thesw two alpha 21 series have changed my own gameplay for the better. It's harder to watch other 7DTD players now who play on lesser settings.
I haven't seen a demo explode on a plate block recently but it used to be they'd go flying everywhere like playing cards. They nerfed them down though. One time I purposely blew up two in the same spot and it cost over 70 blocks to fill the crater back in. And that's actually hard to get two to explode on the same spot. I think it would have done better with just a straight-on path - because the more elevated path you have, the harder it is to keep it covered.
i get the errors when an irradiated vulture dies (either by me or by a turret). not sure if it was the same for you in this video but the errors seemed to be the same.
It happens with me only when there is too many zombies stuck at electrical fence post. Not tested that though but yes it only happens when too many zombies cramped up in fence post area.
One Hail Mary for this episode: You had maxed Magnum Enforcer, so you were hitting multiple zombies in the brief time it gave you between error pop-ups. Also, this only hinders their game. They created an entity that lags the game because you upgraded the version with an old file. I understand such crap when you go BACK a version, no longer have the entity in the game, or load a modded game file without a mod (done it), but this crap trespasses upon Planned Obsolescence territory. They created something that causes continuous havoc on a playthrough in a dire situation if you are playing an updated game file. We almost should be asking what died in their head. Maybe they're turning into zombies themselves and are on the quest for brains...that they no longer have.
Just built a base like this on our server and the day 7 horde was no problem. The day 14 horde just stopped pathing and ate the pillars out from under everything
@@L0Lzars Nope, never did. I built an entirely different base type and made them run up 1 building, over the top, jump down to a 1/8 diameter block only to either land and be able to run across to the next tower or get chewed up by spikes / blade traps. Once across to the 2nd tower, they got to run up stairs only to get punched off the top into spikes 35 blocks below. I think between 4 of us we fired maybe an entire clip of ammo out of boredom because nothing was getting to us except the odd buzzard and I took care of that with some shotgun turrets on the next night where we pulled up and chairs, had a beer and watched the zombies jump through hoops all horde night.
Watching this after all he's said about the game makes me think this is the game saying "you want stupid and hard. Well try winning when I won't let you play"
I used corridor killing type before with electric fences , until game bugged , and we lost the base , the owner of the server had to reset the area , electricity gets buggy . My new base it's the floating base with bars i sit on and Z under , move and shoot , tons of killings
isn't this error caused by electric fences? it's behaving the same as the one in A19, and you kept getting more of it whenever a large group of enemies get shocked at once. also, i may be confusing this with some mod, but i think cop spit does more damage to steel than concrete, which is why that corner block took so much damage
I wanted to ask. How did you manage to stack those workbenches on top of the forges...? I've been trying some things, with plates under them or with other building blocks, but they keep falling/destroying when i place them. Any help would be amazing!
I remember on my first blood moon when I was playing solo (I used to play with my friend before that) I left the world right after killing last zombie and when I came back, blood moon was still active (time was about 01:00) and a whole horde started swarming me again. I survived but I panicked so hard when I realised the game started spawning bm horde again.
If the scaffolding ladders don't take damage from cop puke, can't you line the outside of your base with them so it doesn't take any damage? I'm a console gamer, I'm learning.
No, no scaffolding ladders take damage like any regular block - it's just that they don't let cop puke through in 90% of the time. But they let you melee, shoot and reach items through them.
This video is the horde base intellect video. Is there a reason you didn't use the "punching" turret by the door to knock them off so you wouldn't get overwhelmed? Is that not a meta strategy anymore?
"You can do it 7DTD I believe in you" is going to be the only shred of wholesome positivity we'll see from Prebuilt for 7DTD for a decade maybe
🤣
The new hoard night zombie mechanic, zombies don't only attack you they attacked your computer.
6:30 yay! Someone is happy to see their suggestion in the video😂
OMG those error codes in the thick of the horde. TFP Final boss, is endless error codes while their game burns
Total Factor Productivity?
Wow awesome finale. The quote of the series has to be " You can do it 7D2D I believe in you".
Looking forward to the next series
You have more patience than I do with all those console errors in the middle of the hardest bloodmoon. Super frustrating
Sad to see the series go, but completely understandable (more so with game related issues cropping up). Looking forward to the next!
29:00 That biker wanted to make sure at least one of them got into your base lol.
There needs to be a mod to remove those...
Didn't even know that super vultures were even a thing honestly. Though I do recall getting an error once or twice when I play a file for a while.
That's good to know.
@@RyuuProtogen96i think theyre the vultures that spawn when you try to run away on a vehicle
I'm loving your vids IZ! I'm so glad you are making these videos, you are literally shine upon my days I hope you will keep uploading videos for years thank you so much for everything. And please pump out some more The Infected videos I'm waiting for them to be uploaded. Love ya!
this horde sure was crazy, you losing your mind with the errors made me laugh😂
Banger of an episode to end on as hectic as it was I loved this! Can’t wait to see more from you IZ!
We had that same console error on A20, finally tracked it down to the electrical fences, which was a key key part if our horde night base.
Love the videos! Loving daily uploads too! Cheers!
This has been a great series, very entertaining. Thanks for making this one. I've adopted your horde base concepts for sure.
Thank you for the series! Looking forward to the next one!
That was a fun series, well made videos and satisfying to watch especialy all this hilarious cutted ragdolls with your stun baton !!
Excited to see what bullshit the developers make every update and you ranting about it. Really hope to have a better end game to this "alpha" game.
Thank you for this fun series! I respecced to the intellect build myself after seeing how good it was in your series~ Definitely makes clearing high tier POIs alot easier~
Looking forward to the Desert Ranger series! The last one was one of my absolute favs!
I've had similar errors when using a lot of electrical traps. Probably something to do with the particle effects of the electricity, cop spit, etc.
me too, i am pretty sure this happens when copspit destroys electrical fences
in my experience the errors are caused by the electric fences for some reason. back in the day i would use 4 to 6 electric fences and once they were thick with zombies i would get these errors, now i use 2 to 3 max fences and havent seen these errors in a while
Wasteland Horde Night VS The Fun Pimps Unity Engine Spaghetti Code

You need too much plant fibers to do something with it
Another great series, love the honesty and dedication you put in!
To fix the intellect imbalance, they need to bring back level up by doing. With the current magazine system it will work perfectly. That way if you want to get good at something, you need to actually do it, not just funnel all the points into something.
@19:06 lol'd at the tree falling
Every time I've had that error on horde night it has been the electric fences.
All the tourists showed up for the wasteland tour

Man, I got those errors on late game darkness falls, but I just thought it was because of the mod. Good to know it's just the fun pimps
First class all round; best 7days gamer on TH-cam, if somewhat Falstaff-esque.

I enjoyed the intelligent descent into madness.
amazin series man! congrats and cant wait for the next!
I think all the Hawaiian tourists are there because their island just got destroyed.
I did enjoy Prebuilt's shock when his second base didn't fall. "It Survived????"
Double Horde night trick: Relog in your game after the first horde and since it's still technically horde night, you will get a second until 4am. (Remember to loot the first horde loot bags).
love the videos man thank u for all the joy and happy moments on this season are u gonna be doing anymore seasons or different builds or nah

It used to take a full SMG mag dump to kill demolishers - happy they got nerfed down.

lol the game knew it was too easy for you so made the error message challenge as additional hidden difficulty setting
Great series. Thesw two alpha 21 series have changed my own gameplay for the better. It's harder to watch other 7DTD players now who play on lesser settings.
The log pop ups are the new Hacker zombie. Feature is working as intended.

Was worth the watch.
I think im going to set up sledgehammer turrets around the walkway. Just to clear out some.of the build up.of zombies
The PREBUILT baking show is back.
Even the game knew this was the last episode lol
Yeah, I am definitely not running this on my laptop anymore.
Nice vid, sorry it got bogged down by game crashes and frame drop.
It happens with me only when there is too many zombies stuck at electrical fence post. Not tested that though but yes it only happens when too many zombies cramped up in fence post area.
Omg my heart dropped when the hatch disappeared haha
Game was like: Oh you talked shit about me for several episodes, now suffer you fucker.
While the processor was: please stop!!!
this console erroring reminds me of the time I tried playing on horde nights in A19 on a vastly underpowered laptop, ah such a good times

I tried that build and loved it. Only have one problem. The turret can only be 2 you can’t add more then that which I found dumb
Loved it!
Just built a base like this on our server and the day 7 horde was no problem. The day 14 horde just stopped pathing and ate the pillars out from under everything
did you figure out why? me and my friend did this and it has worked well for many horde nights

Its probably because of the shiny surface of the Steel 7D2D doesn't like reflections anything shiny seems to eat memory
21:02
The bug was caused by the electric fence
The error message indicates "too many particles"
or maybe not? magic? @_@ 23:05
They fixed the vitamins's duration icon. Now instead of only 6 minutes, it lasts for 10. Tooltip still says 12, but who cares. ;)
I don't even think you've reached peak frustration with 7dtd yet, but the console constantly fucking you was pretty close I imagine lol
They really should optimize the damn game...
Holy Forged Steel!
Iz what are your pc specs? That frame drop was savage!. Good vid.

😢😢 I going miss this series
Funpimps had to find a way to nerf the Int base without it being obvious so people wouldn't be mad XD
i had the same errors during hodre night i belive its from the electric fence
word insane comes to mind, but it is the final episode
Insane!
I wanted to ask. How did you manage to stack those workbenches on top of the forges...? I've been trying some things, with plates under them or with other building blocks, but they keep falling/destroying when i place them.

i think they're actually stuck to and supported by the wall, rather than being attached to the forges.
I wish you would show all the skillpoints/perks you took
If Dagobert Duck builds a Horde Base ^^
The error bug usualy is the fences bugging when zombies run into them, but a game restart usualy fix it, i know its not optimal during a BM tho
Or you could turn off the fence
I remember on my first blood moon when I was playing solo (I used to play with my friend before that) I left the world right after killing last zombie and when I came back, blood moon was still active (time was about 01:00) and a whole horde started swarming me again. Intellect build is so strong he even breaks the entire game HAHAHA
Can you make 1 video summorizing the skills and what you did in one video
Whereabouts did you put the pressure plates and spike traps or did I miss that?
i didn't add them. The plates i put along the bridge and then turned into steel stopped me from putting pressure plates down
That was fkn nuts!
Fix errors that will eventually get as you get to late game? Nah we better rework the water system :D
Prebuilt built a game breaking horde base....
Already the end? It feels like I just subscribed and started watching the intellect series, but it's clearly been 3 weeks already.
If the scaffolding ladders don't take damage from cop puke, can't you line the outside of your base with them so it doesn't take any damage? I'm a console gamer, I'm learning.
