No way.Andrej Vrbec is the constructor of rockets from Kamnik in Slovenia (the man with rolled up jeans), the rocket is the only launched with the help of the Polish rocket community, (army polygon)his new record is the 17.483 m. Already finalizing a new two-stage rocket with which to reach 30 km and beating the current record of litle more than 21km.But only After find a new, larger polygon because this in Poland, although the military is too small, the last rocket they found 8 km away of the launchers.
In the 90's I had the pleasure of helping to prep and launch a real Loki Dart. I wonder if you would get better performance with a higher thrust, but shorter burn time motor. If the air frame could handle the g's.
You cant just help someone make a rocket of this caliber in a few days.Something like this takes a lot of time and research.If I were you I'd start with your local rocketry club and go from there.They will be happy to teach you a lot of what you need to know and most importantly the rules you need to follow.Otherwise it is VERY likely you can find yourself in jail. Now I cant speak for this guy but chances are quite good that if you take the proper steps to get started that he or someone like him will be more than happy to help you reach your goal ;)

If you can read they used a stratologger CF to measure altitude and an arts-2 for measuring velocity. Learn to read its all there at the end of the video.
Why dont flat earthers try this and use a go Pro record something at first to see its not edited and cgi and with no chance of it being connected to the internet record the flight and see the curve of the Earth
