Sol represents the fine example of what a Jedi was supposed to be. Because a Jedi, a *true* Jedi knows when to defend, never resorting in violence unless there is no other option, and always maintaining a peaceful, yet strong, defense with balanced emotions. Sol didn't use his lightsaber not only because he didn't need it, also because he doesn't use it to intimidate or to show off
멋진해석
Thats basically the concept of martial arts master of asian countries.. and the actor is Korean which are very aware of such concepts..
Stunning and brave.
He hardly moved, yet she span around so much, she lost track of where he is 😂
I saw the same thing happen in a fight once. One guy did a kick, he had to turn his back. The other guy just quickly walked behind him. For the first guy the other vanished.
It reminded me of Darth maul vs Obi wan in rebels Darth Maul was fighting frantically and Obi Wan took him out in a flash. Really demonstrates how powerful the light side can be under the use of a master
That's some bloody good choreography. It's refreshing to see a fight scene that isn't just constant cuts every 5 milliseconds.

Nice to see a Jedi not use a lightsaber to defend themselves. It goes to show just how skilled they truly are.
That always bothered me with obi Wan and anakin if they lose their lightsaber they started throwing random haymakers 😂 like aren't you guys suppose to know martial arts ?!?!

Welcome to the High Republic sadly it's towards the end of the era
The reason why the Sith kicked off the Clone War was to create a more militarized Jedi Order. A Clone Wars era Jedi would have immediately lopped off a limb or two and asked questions later.

It hasn't been shown very much in previous media, but Jedi DO know how to fight very well without a lightsaber. The Clone Wars just happened to be a time where lightsabers were needed 97% of the time to diffuse conflicts or even deal with threats especially with the droids involved so im glad they're showing how a Jedi can restrain themself, gauge the threat in front of them and not automatically ignite their lightsaber

I hope to see The Full Training of a Jedi, not just bits and pieces. Also I'm hoping this show explains Jedi were never meant to be Warriors but truly Peace Keepers.
Can't Wait ✌️🩵💯🔥
Since the show is set at a time where the Jedi are at their prime, and their faster, more intense combat, I see the highlighted contrast between Mae and Sol;
As Sol was the more experienced Force-user and fighter, he was able to take the knives off her back as quickly as possible.
As Mae was a Padawan before she defected, she still has the ability and intellect of an average youngling and Padawan
I saw what you did there!!!!!
Mae was never a Padawan. Her twin sister, Osha, was the Padawan.
"You attack me without a weapon. Why?"
"I AM THE WEAPON!"

That blows my mind from the choreography fight. 😮

He said, "okay, let me teach you one last time."
Interesting that she goes for his lightsaber. She did the same thing in the scenes of her fighting Moss' character, but from the trailers it looks like she leaves that lightsaber behind, so she's not keeping it to bleed the crystal. I wonder then, if her goal is to kill Jedi with their own weapon? Maybe that's a test she's been set by a prospective Sith master to see if she's got what it takes?
She's not the main sith there's another who looks similar to Starkiller idk if it's Plaguies or someone completely new under the mask
There are no siths in this series. The siths are hidden. Rule of 2 is initiated the masked dark user seems to be an adept of the dark side.
Like people here never know the lore about the Jedi always had them know martial arts , we finally get it , its "dis not da starwars" like the prequels looked anything like the OT and were proclaimed also as "this not starwars" ALWAYS the cycle
