I can not go to a salon and get my hair cut, etc, because I am embarrassed to do so. I have even had cosmetologists make hurtful remarks about my hair, and one even pointed out my hair to other customers, comparing my hair to my baby's head-as having less hair than was on my baby's head. I don't think I even have enough hair for a hair topper to clip onto. Because of you two ladies, I have decided that I am going to order myself one of your silver-stone short wigs. Great advice ladys. I have over 80 wigs in my collection. I was the victim of domestic abuse which left me with not much hair on one side of my scalp. Everything that both of you mentioned was right on. Great videos

The wigs look really natural on both of you. I would have never guessed they were wigs! When Danielle took hers off at first, I was surprised. Thanks for the video. PS - I would suggest for a first-timer to go with a style that is close to your natural style. That way you (and your family) aren’t quite as shocked at first. Then, when you get more comfortable, try out the wigs that are different and just for fun.

Actually every time I wear one of my wigs, people ask me when I got my hair cut. Last week I was in Ulta wearing a bob wig with highlights and 2 of the sales staff complimented me on my hair. So great !
Im going to be getting a different Chemo in a couple months fortunately the Chemo ive been on dosnt. Make my hair fall out but the new one ill be trying will definitely make me pretty much bald so im looking now before. Hand so ill have it to play with first and have one im already gonna have styled.

The truth is, I find that quality wigs, like the ones you sell, almost always look better than natural hair that never really stays styled for long, even on younger women. I resieved my Freedom in frosti blond today. I LOVE IT.....so beautiful and naturel. The hair is just like real soft hair, and the color is amazing. I already feel it is MY hair. I trimmed the bangs just 1mm, and it was perfect. I like the grip band. It feel 100 secure ;) This is my first wig....but not the last. THANK YOU for the great videos.( Sorry for my bad english)

I've tried many wigs but they were through inner city stores and they just DONT WORK with me. Thyroid woes and immune issues are a pain in the ass but as someone who likes to do things on their own and NOT go to beauty shops this tutorial is much appreciated.

One of my new wigs is a strawberry blonde and it just doesn't work with my complexion. My natural hair was dark brown and as the silver came in my stylists took me into blondes and eventually close to platinum. I plan to donate the strawberry blonde wig and consider it a lesson learned. Point being, keep you skin tone in mind when selecting the colors of your wigs. Some colors will look great, some just won't compliment your complexion. 😘 Enjoy the experiences!

I got the Freedom wig in light brown with blond highlights, it is the same color as my natural hair I don’t have any gray hair yet. I have gotten so many compliments. I have started having a major hair loss and thinning from a hormonal imbalance. Thank you for talking about how to talk to people in ur life and how to respond and just being okay with it. I've been on several wig websites today trying to figure out the difference between s capless wig, lace wig and everything in between. The whole situation became stressful and I ended up in tears. Dealing with a cancer diagnosis and everything that comes with a major life change is scary. Choosing a wig shouldn't be as difficult as I was perceiving it to be. I really wanted to figure this out. In my research of educating myself about wigs I found you two lovely ladies and have been watching your videos. I'm still a little intimidated by it all but you've really helped me understand how wearing a wig work's. Thank you for your expertise, knowledge and kind understanding. The water work's started and emotions got the better of me. I think it's difficult for anyone experiencing hair loss to deal with that reality. My hair took me year's to grow it past the middle of my back and coming to terms with letting it go has been hard. It's not my whole identity and what makes me the person I am. It's all the work I put into taking care of It over the year's. I have a lot of hair but it's fine. When I was young my mother followed the old wives tale that if you cut fine hair short It would grow in thicker. Needless to say all of my elementary and Jr.high school pictures looked like I was a little boy and not a girl. My head was literally shaved pretty close to a buzz cut. Many tears were shed over those year's and I quit letting her cut my hair by high school. It was awful. As an adult I committed to growing it out in my mid-thirties I'm now in my late forties and a bit sad that I have to say good-bye to It. It's already changing due to my treatments. I've been wearing cute beanies and fun bandanas with a pin-up look going on and it suits me. Saying good-bye is never easy. That's the hard part. I had a lot of fun with my hair over the year's and many transformations. That's what I'll miss the most. I'm already standing tall and facing the world head on. I have a cancer scar that runs from the top of my head down the middle of my forehead all the way over my left eyebrow down past my left eye to my cheek. It didn't bother me in the slightest to be out and about with no makeup. No biggie. The hair omg. Yeah it's tough. I'm binge watching your video's and learning. Even though we've never met in person Thank you for being there for me. It means more than you'll ever know.

What I need to do is be able to try on different wigs to see what I like. I bought a wig, and when I got it I hated it. I ended up cutting it shorter and thinning it out. Now I don't hate it anymore lol. It is my one and only wig. My hair is super thin because of illness.

Great video! I’m enjoying wearing my wigs, but it is true, they do feel foreign in the beginning but after “making friends” with each one, I love them. I cried after putting my first one on, because 1) I had just had my head shaved short and my scalp was super sensitive and 2) I was grieving the loss of my long hair to chemo. My hair is finally growing back and it’s so baby soft! But I’m still going to wear my wigs bc they are my friends 😊 and they make me look good ❤️👍🏼

Hi Rochelle and Danielle, Thank you both for all you do! For my whole life I have had extremely thin and fine hair. I can not go to a salon and get my hair cut, etc, because I am embarrassed to do so. I have even had cosmetologists make hurtful remarks about my hair, and one even pointed out my hair to other customers, comparing my hair to my baby's head-as having less hair than was on my baby's head. I don't think I even have enough hair for a hair topper to clip onto. Because of you two ladies, I have decided that I am going to order myself one of your silver-stone short wigs. Great advice ladys. I have over 80 wigs in my collection. I was the victim of domestic abuse which left me with not much hair on one side of my scalp. Everything that both of you mentioned was right on. Great videos

PS - I would suggest for a first-timer to go with a style that is close to your natural style. That way you (and your family) aren’t quite as shocked at first. Then, when you get more comfortable, try out the wigs that are different and just for fun.

That's my situation too, so much hair loss from covid (and my hair was already thin) that I cannot leave my house. I just purchased my 1st wig and wore it Christmas Eve!

Actually every time I wear one of my wigs, people ask me when I got my hair cut. Last week I was in Ulta wearing a bob wig with highlights and 2 of the sales staff complimented me on my hair. So great !

Im going to be getting a different Chemo in a couple months fortunately the Chemo ive been on dosnt. Make my hair fall out but the new one ill be trying will definitely make me pretty much bald so im looking now before. The truth is, I find that quality wigs, like the ones you sell, almost always look better than natural hair that never really stays styled for long, even on younger women. Wigs are much cheaper than getting your hair styled and colored, and of course they last longer. I resieved my Freedom in frosti blond today. I LOVE IT.....so beautiful and naturel. The hair is just like real soft hair, and the color is amazing. I already feel it is MY hair. I trimmed the bangs just 1mm, and it was perfect. I like the grip band. It feel 100 secure ;) This is my first wig....but not the last. THANK YOU for the great videos.( Sorry for my bad english)

One of my new wigs is a strawberry blonde and it just doesn't work with my complexion. My natural hair was dark brown and as the silver came in my stylists took me into blondes and eventually close to platinum. I plan to donate the strawberry blonde wig and consider it a lesson learned. Point being, keep you skin tone in mind when selecting the colors of your wigs. Some colors will look great, some just won't compliment your complexion. 😘 Enjoy the experiences!

I' spent years donating my thick, fast-growing hair to charity to make wigs for victims of medical hair loss (almost 12 feet total). Now I have a medical condition that has caused serious thinning, ultra-slow growth, texture changing, and clumps of hair loss. I've been on several wig websites today trying to figure out the difference between s capless wig, lace wig and everything in between. The whole situation became stressful and I ended up in tears. Dealing with a cancer diagnosis and everything that comes with a major life change is scary. Choosing a wig shouldn't be as difficult as I was perceiving it to be. I really wanted to figure this out. In my research of educating myself about wigs I found you two lovely ladies and have been watching your videos. I'm still a little intimidated by it all but you've really helped me understand how wearing a wig work's. Thank you for your expertise, knowledge and kind understanding. @@GodivasSecretWigs : Thank you so much for all the information you just provided and positive energy. I believe I got a little flustered the other day and felt powerless. The water work's started and emotions got the better of me. I think it's difficult for anyone experiencing hair loss to deal with that reality. My hair took me year's to grow it past the middle of my back and coming to terms with letting it go has been hard. It's not my whole identity and what makes me the person I am. It's all the work I put into taking care of It over the year's. I have a lot of hair but it's fine. When I was young my mother followed the old wives tale that if you cut fine hair short It would grow in thicker. Needless to say all of my elementary and Jr.high school pictures looked like I was a little boy and not a girl. My head was literally shaved pretty close to a buzz cut. Many tears were shed over those year's and I quit letting her cut my hair by high school. It was awful. As an adult I committed to growing it out in my mid-thirties I'm now in my late forties and a bit sad that I have to say good-bye to It. It's already changing due to my treatments. I've been wearing cute beanies and fun bandanas with a pin-up look going on and it suits me. Saying good-bye is never easy. That's the hard part. I had a lot of fun with my hair over the year's and many transformations. That's what I'll miss the most. I'm already standing tall and facing the world head on. I have a cancer scar that runs from the top of my head down the middle of my forehead all the way over my left eyebrow down past my left eye to my cheek. It didn't bother me in the slightest to be out and about with no makeup. No biggie. The hair omg. Yeah it's tough. I'm binge watching your video's and learning. Even though we've never met in person Thank you for being there for me. It means more than you'll ever know.

What I need to do is be able to try on different wigs to see what I like. I bought a wig, and when I got it I hated it. I ended up cutting it shorter and thinning it out. Now I don't hate it anymore lol. It is my one and only wig. My hair is super thin because of illness.

Great video! I’m enjoying wearing my wigs, but it is true, they do feel foreign in the beginning but after “making friends” with each one, I love them. I cried after putting my first one on, because 1) I had just had my head shaved short and my scalp was super sensitive and 2) I was grieving the loss of my long hair to chemo. My hair is finally growing back and it’s so baby soft! But I’m still going to wear my wigs bc they are my friends 😊 and they make me look good ❤️👍🏼
