i found a glitch where if you change cats in the cannon and shoot it you will invisible and will fall down a hole and that's how a found a bell also don't remove it's kind of cool

What I mean is something like this-- the first original game has the cats riding in their balloon in the intro. You aren't sure where the balloon came from, but you cash this arc for future purposes. And what do you get? In the second game, the cats all get into the balloon to escape! Boom! Plus, you can see why Super Cat Tales 2 is thus a prequel, thanks to this writing check. Do continue utilising them, and you'll get your answer.
