I mounted a co2 in my bronco with an external connectors. Now fill all four tires in less time it takes to hook up th hoses. And I can run air tools, pop a tire back on the rim, and have fire suppression as well.

That’s a sweet setup! Thanks for tuning into our video!

This video was great to walk through the install. It made it a lot easier with the tips you gave. Appreciate it

Here's a great tip. If you have upfitters, hookup the ARB to AUX 1 (30 amps) so you can turn off the pump from inside the Bronco while monitoring the PSI on your dashboard. Great for hot, cold, windy or rainy days. I also use a two-way air system to all four tires; love having the air pressure equalize and not having to move just one hose from tire-to-tire. Great video!!!!

Are you saying you would wire up the compressor to the AUX1 instead of the included switch or are you saying in addition to the included switch?

I took this same ARB off the Rubicon (under hood install) that I traded for a Bronco but I’m installing it in the passenger side cargo area of the Bronco.

Thanks for the vid! What brand of hood struts are you running on your Bronco? I head the Grimm Mount can interfere with some brands of hoot struts. I haven't bought either the compressor mount or hood struts yet... so I can still choose.

Hi there and thanks for the video! I mounted this on my 2023 wild track with the grim off-road as well but with first use I blew a fuse after inflating my tires fully once and then I got two of the four the second time when the fuse blew. Have you had any troubles Like this? Blowing fuses drawing too much amperage or getting too hot?

Serious question: What is good teflon tape? I honestly always thought teflon tape was white stuff and all the same! Ha. Other than basic sockets, did you need a long extension to get the bolt off on the bottom of the bracket?

You could use a long extension or you can access it by lifting up the inner fender liner with an extra set of hands!
Also…the Teflon tape I use has pipe dope infused into it. It’s a brand called Blue Monster. I use it in plumbing, but it does come in handy elsewhere! Thanks for watching!

Suggest alternative placement if you have Everglades trim

Thanks for the suggestion! We haven’t been around enough Everglades to know the difference.

If I wanted to use the under hood switch as a circuit breaker, to turn off if under the hood, but use the upfitter as the primary switch power/trigger so I can only use the compressor with the ignition on... Could I just replace the middle red wire on the switch with a wire coming from the upfitter? Does that make sense?

If I’m reading this right, you should be able to run it straight to the compressor. I don’t see why that would be an issue. Just make sure you know how many amps it’s pulling so that you pick the adequate aux switch to put it on. Thanks for watching!
