Yes!! Halfway through expo on Saturday I had to take a nap in the AluCab because I was falling asleep talking to people 😂 so good to meet you!!

The spirit exhibited by both of you is unbelievable! I drive a 1998 Jeep, so I understand the reality of breakdowns etc, however, this would have been very trying. Keep the great attitude and keep going. Enjoyed the honesty of the video. It's not all glamorous.

I recently started binge watching your videos and I can't stop😆. I usually love van/car life channels etc but what sets you apart is your unique and vibrant personality and also your sweet bond with Blue. Please remain the way you are. Love how real you are unlike so many other channels which just show the cool aesthetics or use attention seeking thumbnails and all. Take care and safe travels. Hope that wasn't too cheesy lol.

I drove Land Rovers for 18 years. They are nothing but trouble. I now drive a Toyota truck and it's great.
I wanted one so bad not worth the headache at my age.

People drive what they love. For what RR's have always cost owning one is an adventure in frustration and $$$ spent.
I’ve owned 9 series land rovers in my lifetime and have traveled thousands of miles in them cross country. If I could suggest that you get a manual and some basic tools with spare parts the have a tendency to fail. It would help immensely! As you already know, Land Rovers tend to fail on a regular basis and keeping up on their preventative maintenance should minimize brake downs. Love what you’re doing! Cheers, Erik
I loved my Series III 88 inch Land Rover. I bought it in Alaska and I met other Series II and III Rovers( made until 1984 -ish), tell me they had traveling ten million miles in their Rovers. After Ford bought the Rover company it seems to have gone downhill.

I had the exact same problem with my Defender’s clutch here in Australia, 6hrs into a 2 week driving holiday. And that resulted in me getting the transmission and transfer case rebuilt, and my mechanic decided to take out the engine, change the engine mounts and radiator while he was at it…. So I feel your pain both financially and with stress. Thankfully the issues you’ve had fixed will be good for many many years. The joys of Land Rover ownership :)
Glad everyone was safe, that is the most important thing. Thanks for being real and reminding people about the reality of being on the road. I see lots of people quick to call this car junk, but poe is still kicking well despite being an almost 30 year old car and he's been doing great for a while. Old cars can have these issues. My brother has an old car and it actually just got out of the mechanic! I hope the pups were comfy and enjoyed the expo! ❤

as a ex british soldier who had to drive the 110 and the snatch army land-rover's for many years you have my full sympathy and full admiration for even attempting this quest 🤣even when we'd get a brand new land-rover from the quarter master there would be issues..but i still think it's brilliant but brave in what your doing..i wish you well on your journey best wishes from the country that cursed you with your land-rover..🥰🥰

I had the old blue & white Series III 88 inch Land Rover and I loved it :)
Super simple vehicles. You could even start mine with a hand crank like an old Model T
I used to transport RVs across North America. I developed the habit of anytime I worked on my Ford F350 DRW 4w, I would place those wrenches in an old cooler that I carried with me. Saved me a few times.
A normal person would've folded under those circumstances but you hung tough and didn't let the adversity break you. My hats off to you. Looking forward to your next video.

I'm glad that you were able to make it to the destination and glad Seena was there with you, which I'm sure helped logistically and mentally. He's a great friend. I think it's great that you show this side of nomadic living, it's easy to romanticize the freedom, travelling to beautiful weather, seeing amazing sights, but you do a great job of reminding people that cars break down, roads can be hazardous, space is limited, you can't just park and sleep wherever you want, etc, etc, etc.
