@@leemorris5815 Truthfully, I haven't done any more experiments with it after I got a "null" result when I let both jars of water stand for 8 days. In the first experiment, I treated some tap water and put it into a jar and compared that with straight tap water. So technically, the jar water had plenty of time to outgas before I watered the plants. So it might be the outgassing that improved the growth of the plants and not the device. It could also be that the device accelerates the outgassing. So I need to do another experiment with straight tap water where I treat one and not the other.
Hi, am just getting back to this work, have some disc magnets ordered and coming in. Can you share some links, titles, videos, where I could find out more? laPoint's videos don't go into much detail about construction or benefits. Did you do any clear split test experiments?
I am curious, do you think we can do the same thing with Electromagnets. Basically create a spinning magnetic field like a 3 phase motor except with maybe 8 phases or more?
Thank you for the video! I 3D printed your design and noticed that the magnet arrangements had been slightly modified from LaPoint's. LaPoint has 10 magnets in the inner ring. Your design has 8. The total number of magnets is the same at 40. What was the reason for this modification? The magnetic field that's generated looks the same.
It is just what I came up with, they can be built in various arrangements, the overall field is still similar. I also use arrays that are built with cube magnets to achieve a higher magnet density and therefore also a stronger field.
The Blue one you started the video with, the motor your using for the blue one does it have a threaded shaft on the motor, if so what size thread is on the motor shaft please. I have downloaded your 3D printer file for what i think is the blue PrimerCube bowl, does it just screw on the shaft of the motor & how did you get the balance right. Thank you, great channel.
They bowl you mentioned was mounted on an XD3420 motor with an 8mm shaft and yes it is threaded. I put the array on the shaft and secured it with a nut.
Just an idea, could you put a bearing in the center of the base of the bowl, I know you would need to get the motor without the threaded shaft to achieve this. Just a thought.

Thanks for the video. I've also been working on a prototype. I would like to know what is the rotation direction of the bowl. Do you know? I've looked into the manufacturing guide but cannot find the answer.
I don’t know the rotation direction of the original primercube, but I use mine in a clockwise rotation when looking at the magnet array from the front. My magnet array has the south poles facing inwards so one with a north pole configuration might turn in the opposite direction.
I've asked the original manufacturer of PrimerCubes in the EU and they confirmed that the bowl is rotating clockwise (looking from the front into the bowl)

David La Point recently put out a new video where he is stating that the inner field should be North Pole. I wonder what kind of difference this makes. Have you tried both to see if there is a difference?
