After 20+ months on T, I finally have a decent mustache. LOL but you have to look up close to see it - I have blonde hair, so that’s the color of my whiskers. 😆 Nevertheless, I think your goatee looks great and works nicely with your amazing smile.
Thank you! :) Yeah, lighter colored hair does make the facial hair way less apparent. While mine isn't blond, it isn't especially dark either, so I know what you mean.
It’s looks really good on you! My facial hair is pretty patchy on the right side and doesn’t grow above my jawline. But I still let it grow out to a point. If you think it looks good, that should be all that matters.

I have recently discovered your videos and watched pretty much all of them in a row, and I wanted to message you in private to say thanks but didn't figure out how to pm. I appreciate your way of reflecting upon yourself and transition, you really take time to do that, and it really helps. It helped me, at least, to build up my own train of thought in a similar way, to find a way to reflect about my own identity gradually, step by step, to pay more attention to what's happening inside my mind, which is essential but difficult. So thanks for making "long" videos the way you do!
Congrats! I could actually see it in the thumbnail! I think too, for you it's facial hair, for other guys it's other aspects of transitioning, but it's not too much different than what cis men go through. Some cis men are ok with having no facial hair, until they're 30 and they might start thinking "I really thought I'd be able to grow facial hair by now..." I'm glad you're feeling a bit more at home in your skin now!
I vote to leave the facial hair - at least the soul patch. Funny how everyone's facial comes in different. Most of mine (light growth - not a hairy person) is on the sides, with very little in the goatee area (no soul patch). Congradulations, at least you now have a choice.

I've just started my hormone therapy, felt under the weather on the 1st days(maybe some side effects), but I'll take my next shot on monday and I'm trying to think positive, I mean, when we read some things about T on the internet we get terrified and our mental health might also be easily affected. Your videos are very inspiring to me...Hope to look as handsome as you one day 👊😁

I have been on T for 5 months and have hair coming in waaaay to fast for my liking...I totally get your being thrilled at it arrival though!
have you done anything to make it grow? you mentioned some time ago that your T levels were low and your doctor increased your dosage. has that changed anything? is it possible you haven't had any facial hair because your levels were simply too low?
Hi - no, it's not because of low T; my T levels have been within normal range for the whole time I've been on T. They were never too low, but for a while they were low enough that it was OK for me to increase my dose a little if I wanted to. I've had all the other effects of T, and I'm even starting to see signs of male pattern baldness, so all of that makes me quite sure that it is an issue of genetics.

So many trans TH-cam vids are produced by super young kids, whom I happily applaud, but sadly, have very little in common with. I enjoy your intellect and insight a great deal. I don't know about diet and vitamins for facial hair, but like other aspects of the body and of secondary sex characteristics, there is really nothing you can do except be patient. Facial hair, etc., is controlled by genetics (and hormones), so I'm pretty sure that diet/vitamins won't have any noticeable effect. But some guys have tried putting Rogaine on their face, and it seems to have some effect if you do it continuously for many months... sounds like a pain to me. But good luck to you!
Spot on. The only way you can know 100% if you like something is to do it and experience it.
