Just received my Jackery 1000 + 2 Solar Sagas - direct from Jackery. I’ve been on a quick learning curve since the recent and more frequent Public Safety Power Shut-offs by PG&E - here in Northern California Foothills. THANK YOU HOBOTECH for your scientific tests and educational reviews. I’m confident I made the best choice for a newbie who doesn’t know Jack-ery squat about generators, solar panels, or AMPS, Watts, or Volts for that matter. Your reviews are simple enough for a zero-knowledge student, even though they’re packed with info. I’ll be watching them several times over to glean everything. And, I plan on watching your entire story from 2016 forward because you are a fascinating character with an amazing story! I’m hooked!
Professor thank you for your demos. Because of you I bought the Jackery 1000 explorer. Two days after I received it we had a 3 day blackout here on Long Island in New York. The Jackery worked so well that I bought another one about a week later. I also have the Jackery 100w Solar Panel 3 and watched this demo for your opinions. About a month ago I knew nothing about any of this, thanks again.
Just a note. I was in northern California on the coast for 5 days, I used my Explorer 500 and SS 60. I did not set the SS60 up exactly to face the sun, I just laid it on the roof of my truck and it was putting out 44 to 47 watts. It charged the E500 from 74% to 100% in almost no time (a few hours)
Seems obvious that the glossy coating on ver. 3 is reflecting some light. Reflecting light before it hits the active part of the panel should obviously reduce efficiency. I thought that immediately before you got to the testing. Another useful test would be to leave them both outside for a month and see how they compare.
I was just watching your latest video on the jackery knock off panels and the issue with parallel charging. I just bought a jackery 1000 and they included a solarsaga parallel adapter as a free gift with the explorer! Nice touch!
I just bought 2 of the SolarSaga 100 watt panels from Amazon during Prime day. I hooked up the first and was delighted to see it was outputting over 85 watts under blue but hazy skies. When I tested the second panel, it output about 75 watt. Switching between the two showed similar results. The first panel was consistently 10% better. Combining the two with the Jackery connector resulted in at best about 130 watts or only about 50% more than the first panel. Are these results typical?
I have 2 Version 2 panels and have not had a problem with the plastic box the latches on mine seem to work fine. My only complaint with my panels is that it's so hard to open the boxes to get the cables out. My results mirrored yours for the 2nd variation around 117w here in northern CT. I placed electrical tape over the usb ports to try to mitigate dust and moisture. Glad I bought my Jackery 1000 and panels. on launch date in march with the $ 300 discount. I purchased them from the Jackery store and was not charged any tax here in CT. Also just want to give kudos to their customer service. Julie worked wonders for me with the return and replacement of the 1000.
Great video. I'm testing the XTAR SP100 that looks pretty much identical to the Jackery SolarSaga 100 but I was able to get over 100w when when testing it in December in New England. I came here to see what you got for the Jackery panel for comparison and...it's really bad. I don't understand how XTAR managed to almost double the output in the same form factor with similar looking panels but it's a much better unit.
Great review by comparison. Currently (about three years later) Jackery lists the SS 100W panel as IP65 compliant, meaning it *could* be left in the rain.
Thank you for the video. I've been waiting for my Jackery 1000 to arrive it was ordered on the the 16th. I think I'm going to go with the HQST 100W panel instead. Thanks for all the great videos.
The trade off with Gen 3 is for sure the dust resistance - if you get +2W with v2, but v2 gets dusty, I would totally bet the v2 would drop more watts than just 2.
So if I started making and marketing an adapter for these, say 8 mm to Anderson, would that make me any pocket change? Also, what if I made an adapter that took two of these panels and put them in series and had a 24 volt output? Seems a little ambition can make some Pocket Change in this situation. I'm buying my soldering station right now LOL I also wonder if there might be a market for making direct replacement lithium iron phosphate batteries for a lot of these lithium-ion packs. I've noticed that you can get the cells in the wrong now and wiring them up as a snap. I'm also looking at that jackery Explorer pack and wondering if that's a real ground, or if it's just a hole for that prong. A lot of inverters, you have to be careful how you ground things because of the way the MOSFET output bridge is constructed. It's a little unconventional how you have to wire certain loads to keep from destroying the inverter , especially when wiring Branch circuitry to distribute the power. Just a quick statement, if my grammar looks a little weird it's because I'm using voice to text and sometimes it doesn't get things quite right. It's due to my vision and this tiny phone screen. That's the only way I can get output in any reasonable time.
Does the mppt controller throttle down the input watts as the explorer 300 reaches the completion of its charge cycle? I ran a test with my 300 and saga 100 v3 panel in full sunlight, bright clear day. At the start of the test my 300 was already at 98%. Initially I was pulling 65-67 watts. Within 15 minutes it was only inputting 25 watts. Within 30 minutes it was only inputting 11 watts! The 300 was at 99% by this point and the wattage input remained at 11 watts until the completion of the charge cycle. Does this seem normal?
What's to stop you from cutting the cord a few inches from the panel and wiring in an anderson connector, similar to the V2 panel? I had these setup next to a pollinating tree, and got a ton of pollen caught in the grooved surface. I think the roughness makes it more tolerable to off-angle to the sun. I can leave it flat on the roof of my car for the day and sustain 60W (max input) to my Jackery 240. More than enough to sustain my Dometic CFX35 indefinitely. I bought two of these panels a few weeks ago, and I had a bit of rage at first thinking I bought outdated panels. But like you mentioned, they were shipping V3 at the time of my order. I wish they would have included that fancy adapter with my order. It would make more sense to bundle the adapter with orders of two panels rather than the Jackery 1000.
On the cables, you might look at the iGreely DC 5.5mm x 2.1mm Power Female Plug Cable with DC 8mm Adapter Compatible with Anderson Powerpole, for about $10, or the Goal Zero 8mm to Anderson 4X Combiner Cable ($30) on Amazon, or add to your store. The first is for a single unit 8mm to Anderson, while second is four 8mm into a single Anderson. The second could connect four Solarsaga together to a single Anderson, my question is would that be a series connection or parallel connection and what would be final volt and amps?
I heard somewhere that the Anderson input on the Jackery 1000 is MPPT and the 8mm input is still PDM. Maybe that's why you see a difference when testing the Solarsaga v2 and v3 by themselves?
Nice review of the panel. Even with all the upgrades $3.00 per watt is expensive. There are some other panels at a lower cost per watt, but still enjoy your reviews. I check ever morning to see if you have the AC 200 review yet. Time is running out with the release only a few hours away. I sure hate to put my $$$ down with out some advice from you. Will did a short early video, but your recommendation would be the deal breaker. I hope you at least get something out before the time is up.
Yet another objective equipment review. I certainly value your reviews which have a direct impact upon my equipment purchase decisions. I look forward to viewing your videos for fact/science based reviews. Please keep up the great work.
On the Harbor Freight 100W Solar kit, the little 2 Conductor Barrel Connector that plugs into the Charge Controller, is the Tip Positive or Negative? Why must the unit only be used with Lead-Acid Batteries? I purchased a Jackery Inverter Power Supply unit (their 100w) Solar Panels cost $300 and the Harbor Freight setup (with extra goodies) was under $200. I was going to build an adapter that goes from the Harbor Freight Barrel Connector (a Female Socket that fits it, there is a local electionics parts store) to a Female part of a Automotive Cigarette Lighter. The Jackery Cigarette Lighter Plug will hook up there to run Solar Panels to the Jackery Unit. No butchering any or the wires to either setup.
Greetings thanks for the vid. You mentioned not to leave the Jackery under the sun. How about the heat of a car when is inside.? I am trying to set up my little car for camping. I am in between buying a battery, an inverter and a foldable solar panel. But to keep it simple I was contemplating a bluetti or jackery and a foldable panel. But would I be able to leave this unit in the car without harming it?
You should measure the exact square footage for each panel... It looks to me like version 3 is better because it looks to me like it has slightly less surface area of cells. Just slightly less by eyeball. Measure them exactly and see if version 2 has more solar cell coverage. I know it has more lines in it, but overall it looks bigger still.
Hobotech I need advice- I want a solar generator or two- that is strong enough to continually run one or two garage freezers. One freezer is a 20 + yr old 15cf manual defrost unit; the other is a 2017 Frigidaire 21 cf upright freezer auto defrost. I have no idea how many watts I need to run these. My kitchen frig is a small 19 cf Kitchenaid french door. Instinct makes me suspect I need one for kitchen frig and another larger generator for garage freezers. Susan in San Diego
It appears that the ‘crinkle’ like surface on version three is slightly less efficient than the clear glass surface of version two. I just ordered a Solar Saga 100 during Jackerys current sale. Either one is the best quality product being it’s a Jackery. Their products are something old Arthur Godfrey would be proud to endorse.
Hey hobo I am trying to find the video for making my own jackery adapter-I’m trying to jack in the harbor freight panels and I got the bonus adapter w the Father’s Day special, but it still doesn’t fit the harbor freight tiny plug
What kind of solar is the most durable? How many years of use can you expect from panels. Thanks, this is new to me. I bought a couple of 100 watt panels on Aliexpress. They came with a film of plastic on them and I don't know If you're supposed to take that plastic off because underneath them there's little protection.
So how would connect this to a charge controller if you want to charge up a 12 volt marine battery? I wonder if the new panels being shiny are deflecting some of the power coming , thus causing a lower wattage?
@@HOBOTECH Just bought a 200 watt Renogy suitcase with the charge controller included and installed, this well just be a backup for my sailboat and Class C rv......
Enjoy your channel. What does no QC or PD mean regarding USB ports? Does anyone make an extension cord that would connect the Jackery’s parallel adapter to the Anderson input.
It's interesting to see the Ver.3, which has a glossy surface, heats up more. I would think reflection should make the surface cooler than that of the Ver. 2, which has matte finish. Maybe the coating material itself retain more heat. Thanks for the demo.
with the coating on the new panel (version 3)it wouldn't it stay cleaner... after some time in dust and dirt, then its performance will be better..if version 2 has Dust and dirt clinging to it ?? after all how long does it take to charge unit?? 4 hour outside in the elements
Hi Professor Hobo. I am considering cutting my Solarsaga 100w power lead midway and fitting on Anderson connectors. Then I have more flexibility to attach different connectors eg. Anderson, MC4 or just make an extension for the 8mm plug. Any reason this should or cannot be done? other than voiding any warranty. Love your channel thanks for all your work.
Yes, companies sell these. They are stupid expensive to buy and maintain. Most opt to just go the cheaper route of doubling the number of stationary panels.
Can you compare between the new SolarSaga 100 vs 60? Size and weight, and is it worth spending much more to get the 100 for future-proofing, as I currently only have the Explorer 240?
I’m wondering if the panels are the exact same size. In the video, it looks like the new version is slightly smaller. How hot does the cell phone pocket get on the newest panel? I’m thinking that pocket would get really hot since the panel is black and would transfer the heat to your phone
Thank you so much for these informational videos! Being a newbie I think I have a problem...I purchased a Bluetti 1500 watt generator and 2 Jackery Solarsaga 100's version 3 but it seems there is no way to connect both of the panels ( in series OR in parallel ) to my Bluetti? Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
Disappointed Jackery eliminated the Anderson connector on the V 3.0 panel. Ugh. Agreed, two steps forward, one back. Maybe V 4.0 they will bring it back.
@@HOBOTECH A tech guy who I see now and then got an early version of this as you did was in frequent communication with the company and he mentioned they said the next model will be out about March 2021. He had no details at that time of what it will be like.
Just received my solar sage 100 v3 today. I received my replacement 1000 last week. I ordered my solar saga from amazon. I suggest to all your viewers who have been asked to return their 1000 to ask for some kind of compensation if your order the solar saga 100. I received a refund to my card for simply asking Jackery excellent customer service for the trouble of sending my 1000 back to them. Some may ask why I ordered the Jackery solar panel instead of the rockpalls which recently had some fathers day discounts, the jackery is made in the USA.
No, the company is in USA. Its made in China. Even their email responses are in Chinese at the bottom. Just go read their website, it's Chinese broke English with Grammer and spelling mistakes.
Kevin L. I realize you think you zinged me with your deep knowledge of international trade and manufacturing. I'm well aware portions of their gear is made in China. I'm also well versed in Chinese products and manufacturing. There is a difference between products made in China and sold to the world, and products designed in America and built in China to American standards. I'm surprised your great depth of Internet knowledge didn't know this. When you buy a product from Jackery, it is an AMERICAN COMPANY selling their product that is built in China. They are high quality items that are guaranteed for 2 years. If you have a problem with this, then go buy somewhere else that are 100% produced in the USA for 4x the price, if one exists. Buying from Jackery is supporting an American company, whereas their competitor such as Rockpals is strictly China. Write their support and see the broken English of the responses. Do the same with Jackery and compare the response. Honda has even partnered with them. Last I checked, Honda builds damn good products. They didn't pair with Rockpals, as one example. It's a global world. I'm sorry your actual level of knowledge on the subject is sophomoric at best. And childish at worst. Now run along and stick your foot in your mouth on another post. I'm not "lmao" at you because it isn't nice to pick on the handicap and those with low IQ. Consider yourself schooled, little guy.
If u know how to MOD cables for home type of power then u could make the cable longer or have a modular cable. Then it can make it more easy to change the cable wire if it gets old. specially if u don't care about warranty
Does the the new coating affect the off axis efficiency? In other words, if both version 2 and 3 were laying flat, would v3 have better output than v2?
@@HOBOTECH Thanks! Have you tried it out? I think they are both 18V, with the SolarSaga pushing a bit more amps. The Jackery1000 supposedly handles up to 200W input, so if you got the Rockpals and Solarsaga 100W panels in parallel it should be 18V * (5.4A+5.5A)=196W.
Nice video. I just got my Jackery 1000 and the BougeRV 170 watt panel. Can you use a DC-DC step-up converter to increase the voltage for faster charging? Would love to see a how-to video on this. Does anyone make a simple solution for this?
I used a solarsaga 100 v3 and rockpals 100 watt panel in parallel and despite each panel getting 70w when plugged in individually in parallel it would not break 119. No matter what the panels were getting individually it was always less in parallel. Is it to be expected when running in parallel there is a loss in total Watts? If I purchase another Solar Saga 3 do you think it would make any difference in efficiency? Also, thank you for your videos they are very helpful.
Cool video. Have you thought about trying the Renogy 100W Eclipse Lightweight Suitcase B07HN5R2KX? I bought 2 of them and I've seen them touch 150W in parallel on my Goal Zero Yeti 400 (AGM), midday sun in Houston. I picked up 2 100 watt suitcases on Amazon for about the price of 1 Jackery 100W. I haven't seen any decent review/comparison videos of them out there yet. So I wasn't sure if I was getting good output or not, but now compared to this video it looks like they're pretty darn good.
Im glad you posted this video. I was on the fence about buying Jackery Panels or others for my JAckery 1000, now Ill stick with the others. Lower price point, same power, easy to connect and replace cables if nec.
@@drybonez2087 oh good for you congratulations, I just got my jackery 500 and solar saga 100 a few days ago, it opens up a whole new world of possibilities, plus I live in socal and the big one could strike any moment the jackery is a nice backup to my gas powered generator.

I have a Jackery 240, and a 60 watt Jackery solar panel, and I just recently purchased a Jackery 500. Since it was alot of money, I can't afford a 100 w solar panel right away. My question is will the 60w solar panel be enough to charge the Jackery 500, until I can splurge on a more powerful solar panel?
@@HOBOTECH One more question, can you connect a 60W Jackery solar panel with a 60W Rockpals solar panel? I thought that would be an option since the Rockpals 60W are only $150. Thanks for the help.
HOBOTECH thanks for the quick response! Any foldable solar suggestions instead then for an EcoFlow Delta and Suaoki G1000? I just picked up one of each and was going to grab about 200w. I checked out the recommendations on your site, but am suffering from analysis paralysis. Thanks again.
I bought one of these things and found that on sunny days they start off giving 60W but then drop off and stabilize at 40W once the panels heat up in 25C weather. Is that supposed to happen or do I have a defective unit?
Hey Hobotech! Maxwell here. (I produced many projects for Robotech!) HEY! We bought two of the Jackery SolarSaga 100W panels thanks to your review. Where can we get the Y Parallel Adapter Cable??? Not on the Jackery website, Amazon, or anywhere! Thanks for your reply! Love your show!
@@HOBOTECH WOW! Thanks for your reply HOBOTECH! However, based on your review, we already bought the Bluetti! (yet to be delivered). Is there a 3rd party Y-parallel connector? Are we screwed? Can I hot wire it? HELP US HOBOTECH, YOU'RE OUR ONLY HOPE! (insert prayer hands emoji).
With the changes included in the 100W V3 and when comparing it to the current Jackery 60W panel, which is the better unit when paired with a Jackery 500W Power Station? I will be looking to use this setup with my ARB 69L dual zone fridge/freezer loaded in my 2002 Land Cruiser. Love your reviews! Great stuff.
You definitely want the 100w panel if you're running a fridge. Even then, I question the Jackery 500 is big enough for that huge fridge. You should at least be able to run overnight.
@@HOBOTECH Thanks! Here in Idaho, we do get some long days for charging. This last weekend, when using the fridge I did lose power in the middle of the night but at about 7300 ft elev., it did not gain much in temp (still in safe zone) and we were able to start the truck and have it cooled right back down. I am hoping this setup will allow us to have a camp day or two using the panel to extend the power station's capacity. Otherwise, yes, I'd be looking at the 1000 or a dedicated dual battery system with a solar input. I did see a couple of comparisons of the 60W vs the 100W panels, and in both reviews under the same conditions, the output was within 10Ws which made me wonder if the 100W would actually produce sufficient power difference over the 60W. I do like how small the 60W folds down for storage and I'm planning on having the panel up on my windshield, similar to how you tested it (sans the hail) during your 2019 review of that product.
That 8mm cable is the same as goal zero and others, it's about creating a ecosystem where you buy their products for their power stations. If you want universal options, get a 12v battery box and lithium battery (eg battle born in USA, solar king in Australia and other companies in other parts of the world). This combination of battery box, 12v AGM or lithium battery and solar panel is ubiquitous in Australia where these power stations are incredibly expensive compared to the separate component system
It has been at least 9.0% in every town I've visited in the past two years. I guess the churro stands in the middle of the desert are the only ones charging 5.6%.
Hello HOBOTECH! I bought the 1500wh Bluetti using your code. I want to buy two off the Jackery 100 solar panels and hook them together. What adapter do I need to make them Parallel to each other?
I’ve got 2 v3 100w panels, I can get 90-100 from one panel, but then when I hook up two I only get 115, how come I can’t get double the power with two, it’s disappointing
Could you provide a link for the Jackery Parallel adapter for connecting 2 of their solar panels? I looked at the link above but couldn't find the one you displayed in the video. I love your channel and reviews! Thanks!
I bought the solar saga 3 and don't view 2 watts less as a major fail. I have the Jackery 1000 and with my two solar panels in parallel I get 120 watts or more at Noon or thereabouts. And they are easy to keep clean. And the weight is awesome. The solar saga version 3 is so much better and dust proof.
Thanks again for a another great review. I tested my new Jackery 1000 with the two new panels over the weekend. It was clear skies and in the mid 80's. I got 123w from both panels in the very beginning. Once they got hot, I was only able to get 60w to 70w from the them. Is it normal to have such a big drop?

Nothing, but forget about your warranty.
A question, will the new Jackery panel work with the Ecoflow R600? Will the Rockpals many connections work with the R600?
It will work but you'll need an adapter.
Thanks for doing this video. It helps me to understand what I just bought. I got the 8mm extension from Amazon
I heard somewhere that the Anderson input on the Jackery 1000 is MPPT and the 8mm input is still PDM. Maybe that's why you see a difference when testing the Solarsaga v2 and v3 by themselves?
It's all using the same controller. They use a switching circuit on the inputs.
@@HOBOTECH Thanks for replying and keep up the great work!
Video will be out early July 1st.
Thank you! I was on the fence of getting the two solar panels, I'll be saving up for two version 3 SolarSaga panels.

I need advice- I want a solar generator or two- that is strong enough to continually run one or two garage freezers.

You are amazing! I'm so glad i found your channel! keep it up!
I just received an E-1000 and 2 x 100W solar panels. Each panel charges the E-1000 at 77 to 85 watts. Combined about 114 - 120.
I appreciate the information. I purchased the father's day special. I'm living in my promaster city and I love the versatility.
Hey hobo I am trying to find the video for making my own jackery adapter-I’m trying to jack in the harbor freight panels and I got the bonus adapter w the Father’s Day special, but it still doesn’t fit the harbor freight tiny plug
Those Harbor Freight kits are total junk. They break at the slightest bump. Search DIY Jackery to find that video.
HOBOTECH thanks I’m glad I read this before taking them out of the box! Rockpals is my next option.
Good luck. You'll need an 8mm to whatever adapter (MC4?) your controller has or just snip off the end and put on your own connector.
Is there an adapter for the ecoflow river to charge two panels off one cord?
It's interesting to see the Ver.3, which has a glossy surface, heats up more. I would think reflection should make the surface cooler than that of the Ver. 2, which has matte finish. Maybe the coating material itself retain more heat. Thanks for the demo.
HELL YEAH FOR HOBOTECH!👍👍
with the coating on the new panel (version 3)it wouldn't it stay cleaner... after some time in dust and dirt, then its performance will be better..if version 2 has Dust and dirt clinging to it ??
after all how long does it take to charge unit?? 4 hour outside in the elements
Hi Professor. To charge a battery using Solarsaga 100, do I need a controller? If yes, what do you recommend and which adapter wires?
Hi Professor Hobo. I am considering cutting my Solarsaga 100w power lead midway and fitting on Anderson connectors. Then I have more flexibility to attach different connectors eg. Anderson, MC4 or just make an extension for the 8mm plug. Any reason this should or cannot be done? other than voiding any warranty. Love your channel thanks for all your work.
Mr Hobo!! Are there any solar panel motors or systems that can help the solar panels follow the sun? Asking for a friend..
Yes, companies sell these. They are stupid expensive to buy and maintain. Most opt to just go the cheaper route of doubling the number of stationary panels.
@@HOBOTECH Thank you Sir! MAGA!
What's new on the 100x recently released?
Can you compare between the new SolarSaga 100 vs 60? Size and weight, and is it worth spending much more to get the 100 for future-proofing, as I currently only have the Explorer 240?
I’m wondering if the panels are the exact same size. In the video, it looks like the new version is slightly smaller. How hot does the cell phone pocket get on the newest panel? I’m thinking that pocket would get really hot since the panel is black and would transfer the heat to your phone
I actually didn't measure but the new one seems thinner. The pocket temp likely depends on how hot it is outside.
I'd also like to know how to connect jackery panels to bluetti....
Disappointed Jackery eliminated the Anderson connector on the V 3.0 panel. Ugh. Agreed, two steps forward, one back. Maybe V 4.0 they will bring it back.
Any idea what the Jackery 2000 features will be when it rolls out about March 2021??
Who said there was a Jackery 2000?
@@HOBOTECH A tech guy who I see now and then got an early version of this as you did was in frequent communication with the company and he mentioned they said the next model will be out about March 2021. He had no details at that time of what it will be like.
@@eckankar7756 Yes, Jackery Day is every March and they release a new product. Zero details so far. I doubt it will be over 1500wh.
Can the Jackery 100w go with the Jackery Explorer 240?
Sure. If you don't mind spending more for the panel than the generator.
BFD. 2 watts difference. How about links to the 8MM cables, plugs and adapters you stated are elusive to identify and purchase? Thx.
Check the description.
Does the the new coating affect the off axis efficiency? In other words, if both version 2 and 3 were laying flat, would v3 have better output than v2?
It seems to work about the same.
Could you use the Rockpals and the SolarSaga 100W panels in parallel with the adapter provided with the explorer 1000?
Sure, but it wouldn't work well.
I've tried using those they don't seem to work well. I'll do a video on it some day.
Can you plug ONE panel into the supplied 8mm Y adapter to convert it to Anderson Power Pole connections?
Yep.

So really to get the Anderson connector back for the solar panel, you would need to buy the jackery 1000 with the provided parallel adapter cord.
That will be fine for one panel but what about the 2nd?
@@HOBOTECH Like the Ravpower station or ROCKPALS 300W Portable Power Station money no object?
I have a Jackery 240, and a 60 watt Jackery solar panel, and I just recently purchased a Jackery 500. Since it was alot of money, I can't afford a 100 w solar panel right away. My question is will the 60w solar panel be enough to charge the Jackery 500, until I can splurge on a more powerful solar panel?
Yes, it will just take an eternity.
@@HOBOTECH One more question, can you connect a 60W Jackery solar panel with a 60W Rockpals solar panel? I thought that would be an option since the Rockpals 60W are only $150. Thanks for the help.
Could I plug 3 X 100w solar panels into the Jackery 1000 to try to max out the 200w input allowed? If so, would I plug them in series or parallel?
You can only run panels in parallel on a Jackery.
Can I charge an EcoFlow delta with this and if so what other components do I need? Thanks for the help.
Not with version 3.
HOBOTECH thanks for the quick response! Any foldable solar suggestions instead then for an EcoFlow Delta and Suaoki G1000? I just picked up one of each and was going to grab about 200w. I checked out the recommendations on your site, but am suffering from analysis paralysis. Thanks again.
do you think its better for the bluetti 1500? I was thinking the beaudens 100watts portable was better? according to one of your videos
Jackery panels are the best I've found. Beaudens is a $100 less and does a similar job but it is larger, heavier, and more cumbersome to handle.
I bought one of these things and found that on sunny days they start off giving 60W but then drop off and stabilize at 40W once the panels heat up in 25C weather. Is that supposed to happen or do I have a defective unit?
I love these technology options.

Why not cut 8mm ends. Strip the ends and crimp them onto a long cable?
