I think Garou is one of, if not THE best Modern Villains ever. His fights are the best animated, his ost is just purely amazing. (So is this remix!), His moveset is so creative and well made, etc. Garou deseves an anime for himself. He's the type of villain you root for to win.

Well actually he was a child who saw that monsters always looses no matter what and decide to change the tide of battle by making monsters win most of the time. That’s why he calls himself a monster, and when he is defeated he saw the greater good in being a normal dojo and not going on killing sprees on hero’s, etc. and became good because Bang or ‘Silver fang’ as he is known saw good in Garou after his Monster side.
