What a nice character to draw! It was interesting to me realizing that I was enjoying doing all the details xD
Maybe I'm getting used to detailed designs, or I just enjoy because it is nice to see how everything gets together once you finish it!
My favorite part of her clothing are probably the bows in the hair and the inner dress ♥

I still don't understand what "cel shading" is but whatever it is, it's cute.
Somethingorsomeonekilledmymom Cel Shading is when one doesn't blend when shading, they just use darker colors to shade.
Cel shading is essentially black outlines & shading without any gradients or fading, like in some cartoons. :)
The only way i could describe it is, its like the hard kind of shading ya know? Not much blendin is what i mean hehe •///w///•
Soft shading is when you blend the colors to shade while cel shading doesn’t blend the colors

I sometimes design some detailed anime suit cause I always dream about someday I can work for my favourite game company ( Miracle Nikki). But I think it's hardly come true!! HIHI. I just hope so. But it was super... challenge to paint the details.

how did you change the color of the hair so fast???
First lock the layer after you added the color (preserve opacity), then you color pick the color you want, and then I used CTRL + U (hue and saturation) to change the hue C:

did you draw it on a tablet?
Definitely, you can't draw digitally with just a mouse. If you want to draw digitally then you have to invest into getting a drawing tablet, check the description, she list out EVERYTHING.
I really insist on the mouse thing. You won't be able to produce high quality result without a tablet.

There's always a break after sketch and after lineart, but coloring I enjoy doing without pauses if possible C:
Unless the drawing is too big, then taking a rest is a must since I don't want to harm my wrist ^^
