After I saw the Last Jedi I had to go back and watch Revenge of the Sith. Revenge of the Sith has a epic coherent story filled with depth, heart, emotion, amazing battles, the best and most lightsaber battles. Plus the way Palpatine manipulated Anakin to turn to the dark side by his using Anakin's own wife is great story telling at its best. The plot makes perfect sense. The Last Jedi had none of these qualities.
You got it backwards, bud. ROtS is literally asinine. The choppy and boring editing actually makes it incoherent, the lightsaber battles look terrible, and the force is treated like a videogame mechanic, and the Anakin turn was disappointing. Don’t even compare ROtS to TLJ.

A New Hope For me I grew up with the prequels and later got to see The original series, I didn't like Luke's acting in A new hope, but I really liked Return of the Jedi and Empire Strikes back. I did like the parts with action in the Phantom Menace. Also Attack of the Clones was amazing with the huge battles with clones against drones. And ofcours the fight between Count Dooku against Anakin, Obiwan and Yoda. I think Revenge of the Sith and Empire Strikes back are in my opinion just as good. I haven't watched The Last Jedi yet, nor have I watched Rogue One.
